We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join the delivery function of a mid-sized, member-owned UK financial services organisation. This is a hands-on role working closely with business and IT stakeholders to define requirements and support successful change delivery.
Job description
- Eliciting, analysing and documenting business and functional requirements;
- Facilitating stakeholder interviews and workshops;
- Translating business needs into clear requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria;
- Analysing business processes, data and identifying improvement opportunities;
- Working closely with Project Managers, Product Owners and technology teams;
- Supporting solution design, testing, UAT and implementation;
- Managing requirements, dependencies and changes throughout delivery.
Requirements
- 4 + years of hands-on Business Analysis experience;
- Experience delivering business and/or IT change projects;
- Strong requirements analysis, process mapping and stakeholder management skills;
- Basic SQL skills and confidence working with data;
- C1+ English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Confidence communicating with UK stakeholders, including senior colleagues;
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently;
Nice to have
- Financial services or other regulated-industry experience;
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum or hybrid environments;
- Experience with UAT, data analysis or technology-enabled change;
- Relevant BA or Agile certification.

Salary:
- For employees: 3500 EUR to 5300 EUR monthly (gross).
- For contractors: 22 EUR to 33 EUR per hour (plus VAT).
