As our Perth consulting practice continues to grow, we are seeking experienced Senior Consultants and Principal Consultants with strong Organisational Change Management (OCM) expertise to support major transformation programs across Western Australia.

Candidates with experience within Energy, Utilities, Resources, Mining, Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, and Renewables sectors will be highly regarded.

The Opportunity

We are looking for consulting professionals who can lead and deliver people-centric transformation initiatives, helping organizations successfully adopt new technologies, processes, operating models, and ways of working.

Successful candidates will have demonstrated experience delivering large-scale change management programs across business transformation, enterprise technology implementations, digital transformation, ERP programs, operating model redesign, workforce transformation, and major business change initiatives.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Senior Consultant – Organisational Change Management

As a Senior Consultant, you will:

  • Lead and deliver OCM workstreams within complex transformation programs.
  • Conduct stakeholder assessments and organizational impact assessments.
  • Develop comprehensive change management strategies and implementation plans.
  • Create stakeholder engagement, communication, and change adoption frameworks.
  • Facilitate workshops and change readiness sessions with business stakeholders.
  • Develop change impact assessments and transition roadmaps.
  • Design and execute communication plans for enterprise transformation initiatives.
  • Build end-user adoption strategies across business and technology programs.
  • Support leadership alignment and sponsor effectiveness activities.
  • Develop training needs analyses and support learning enablement initiatives.
  • Monitor change adoption metrics and identify areas requiring intervention.
  • Produce high-quality consulting deliverables and executive presentations.
  • Collaborate closely with program managers, business leaders, technology teams, and project stakeholders.

Principal Consultant – Organisational Change Management

As a Principal Consultant, you will:

  • Lead enterprise-wide transformation and change management engagements.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders and program sponsors.
  • Define and oversee OCM strategy across large-scale transformation programs.
  • Drive change leadership initiatives and executive alignment strategies.
  • Provide strategic guidance on organizational readiness and change adoption.
  • Lead complex stakeholder environments across multiple business units.
  • Design enterprise-level communication, engagement, capability, and adoption frameworks.
  • Manage consulting teams and mentor change practitioners.
  • Lead client workshops, steering committee discussions, and executive briefings.
  • Support business development activities, proposal development, and solution design.
  • Build long-term client relationships and identify consulting growth opportunities.
  • Contribute to thought leadership within the OCM and consulting practice.
  • Drive successful realization of transformation outcomes through effective people change strategies.

Required Experience

Senior Consultant

  • 5+ years of consulting, change management, transformation, or business consulting experience.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering OCM activities on large business transformation programs.
  • Experience conducting stakeholder and impact assessments.
  • Strong facilitation and workshop delivery capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience supporting ERP, digital, technology, or operating model transformation programs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work effectively within multi-disciplinary program teams.

Principal Consultant

  • 10+ years of consulting and change management experience.
  • Proven track record leading enterprise-scale transformation and OCM programs.
  • Extensive executive stakeholder management experience.
  • Experience managing complex change portfolios and large stakeholder groups.
  • Strong consulting engagement leadership capabilities.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and selling consulting solutions.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and influence executive decision-making.
  • Strong commercial acumen and client relationship management skills.
