Client Delivery Manager

Position Type: Full-Time, Remote Working Hours: U.S. Business Hours

About the Role

We’re looking for a Client Delivery Manager to own client relationships and delivery across a growing portfolio of engagements. The company helps middle-market businesses identify and implement high-impact AI opportunities, including workflow automation and analytics that improve operational efficiency and support business growth.

You’ll serve as a trusted partner to executive stakeholders, manage client programs from planning through delivery, and work closely with internal technical teams to ensure projects deliver measurable business value. This role requires strong communication, sound business judgment, operational discipline, and the ability to anticipate challenges before they affect clients.

What You’ll Own

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of ongoing clients.
  • Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives and other key stakeholders.
  • Manage day-to-day communications, project updates, and difficult conversations, including project delays and technical issues.
  • Maintain a professional, proactive, and client-focused approach.

Program & Delivery Management

  • Own client roadmaps, project timelines, and delivery milestones from start to finish.
  • Keep internal teams accountable for deliverables and commitments.
  • Identify potential delays or risks early and develop action plans before they affect clients.
  • Maintain accurate client records, project updates, and internal documentation.

Technical & Business Coordination

  • Translate complex client needs into clear, actionable problem statements.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering teams to resolve technical issues and unblock deliverables.
  • Understand modern API capabilities, software workflows, and automation concepts well enough to support effective discussions.
  • Bridge communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Business Value & Performance

  • Connect project deliverables to measurable business outcomes.
  • Frame client updates around ROI, time saved, operational improvements, and risk reduction rather than tasks completed alone.
  • Track progress against engagement objectives and communicate results clearly.
  • Help clients understand the value delivered through ongoing work.

Account Growth & Opportunity Identification

  • Develop a deep understanding of each client's business and operational challenges.
  • Identify opportunities to expand engagement scope and introduce additional value-adding solutions.
  • Collaborate internally to develop solutions that support client needs and account growth.

Problem-Solving & Continuous Improvement

  • Navigate ambiguous and complex client challenges.
  • Evaluate trade-offs, prioritize effectively, and make sound business decisions.
  • Turn unstructured problems into clear, practical solutions through internal collaboration.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 3–5+ years of experience in engagement management, program/project management, business development, management consulting, client delivery, or technical account management.
  • Experience in an agency, SaaS, technology, or consulting environment is preferred.
  • Experience working with mid-market businesses is a plus.
  • Exceptional spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate confidently with U.S. executives.
  • Strong executive presence and the ability to operate as a senior delivery partner rather than a junior account representative.
  • Sound business judgment, including the ability to weigh trade-offs and prioritize under ambiguity.
  • Comfort reasoning about APIs, software workflows, and automation concepts, with the willingness and ability to learn technical concepts quickly.
  • Strong organizational skills and disciplined project tracking.
  • Excellent written follow-through, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
  • Availability to work overlapping U.S. business hours, preferably Eastern or Central Time.

What Makes You a Strong Fit

  • You take ownership of both the client relationship and the successful delivery of projects.
  • You anticipate problems and address them before clients need to raise concerns.
  • You communicate confidently with senior stakeholders and handle difficult conversations professionally.
  • You can translate between business objectives and technical execution.
  • You focus on measurable business outcomes rather than simply reporting completed tasks.
  • You are comfortable working independently, making decisions, and navigating ambiguity.
  • You maintain high standards for organization, documentation, and follow-through.
  • You look beyond current deliverables to identify opportunities to create additional value for clients.

What Success Looks Like

  • Clients trust you as their primary partner and have clear visibility into project progress.
  • Delivery timelines, milestones, and internal commitments are managed proactively.
  • Risks and blockers are identified early, with clear action plans in place.
  • Technical teams understand client requirements and remain aligned on priorities.
  • Client updates clearly demonstrate business impact, including ROI, time savings, and risk reduction.
  • Engagements consistently deliver meaningful value to clients.
  • Opportunities to expand accounts and improve client outcomes are identified and communicated.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
