Nous recherchons un Comptable autonome et proactif pour soutenir la structuration et l’exécution des opérations comptables de l’entreprise. La mission principale du rôle est de garantir un reporting financier fiable, d’assurer la conformité réglementaire, et de participer à la mise en place de processus évolutifs (ERP, facturation électronique, flux inter-compagnies). Le poste associe excellence comptable opérationnelle et contribution active aux initiatives de transformation financière.

1. Responsabilités et activités principales

  • Comptabilité opérationnelle (Run) : - Gérer la comptabilité générale et auxiliaire (fournisseurs, clients, GL) - Réaliser les clôtures mensuelles, trimestrielles et annuelles (objectif : cycles de clôture rapides et fiables) - Garantir l’exactitude des états financiers et des réconciliations - Gérer les déclarations fiscales (TVA, DEB, etc.) - Gérer les transactions inter-entités (France / Allemagne)
  • Transformation financière & amélioration des processus (Build) : - Participer à l’optimisation de l’ERP (SAP ByDesign) - Contribuer à la mise en œuvre des processus de facturation électronique - Participer à la standardisation des procédures comptables entre les entités - Assurer la préparation aux audits Trésorerie & support au reporting : - Contribuer au suivi et aux prévisions de trésorerie - Participer au reporting financier (compte de résultat, bilan, flux de trésorerie)

2. Relations de travail

  • L’équipe finance compte le CFO (Chief Financial Officer) et un analyste financier. Vous reporterez directement à un directeur Financier (en cours de recrutement) et travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes opérationnelles et industrielles, les achats et la chaîne logistique, les partenaires externes (cabinets comptables, commissaires aux comptes, conseillers fiscaux), et les parties prenantes internationales (entité allemande) Ce poste requiert une forte capacité de collaboration transversale dans un environnement dynamique et en constante évolution.

Requirements

  • Bac+3 à Bac+5 en comptabilité, finance ou équivalent (DCG, DSCG ou similaire)
  • 5-8 ans d’expérience minimum en comptabilité générale avec une bonne compréhension de la gestion comptable d’une structure ou entité juridique.
  • Autonome pour la préparation de la liasse fiscale, son établissement restant sous la responsabilité du cabinet comptable.
  • Expérience dans un environnement industriel ou technologique souhaité
  • Compétences techniques :
  • Solide maîtrise des principes comptables et de la réglementation fiscale, French GAAP
  • Expérience des systèmes ERP (SAP Business ByDesign ou équivalent souhaité)
  • Langues :
  • Français : courant
  • Anglais : niveau professionnel requis
  • Compétences comportementales :
  • Esprit structuré et souci du détail
  • Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement en rapide évolution
  • Forte autonomie et approche opérationnelle
  • Culture de l’amélioration continue
  • Excellentes aptitudes à la communication avec les interlocuteurs comptables et financiers
