The posting

Our client is a full-service construction firm specializing in commercial and residential projects, custom homes, Green Building, and remodeling across North Carolina. They pride themselves on collaboration, clear communication, and quality craftsmanship. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Superintendent to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed efficiently and effectively. This role requires excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality control.

Duties

  • Manage daily operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinate project scheduling and resource allocation to meet deadlines.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications to guide construction activities.
  • Oversee budgeting processes, ensuring that project costs are managed effectively.
  • Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure work meets industry standards and client expectations.
  • Utilize software tools such as Bluebeam for project documentation and collaboration.
  • Communicate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Prepare progress reports and updates for stakeholders on project status.

Qualifications
