The posting

About the Role

Infoquest's goal is to become the voice of the expert network industry and show up everywhere our clients and peers look, especially in AI search. AI tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google's AI Overviews now read and cite every format: articles, videos, posts, and transcripts. Every piece we publish is a chance to show up everywhere.

As our Content Marketing Specialist, you'll execute our content engine across video, written, and social content. You'll create content that is engaging and informative, repurpose every piece across formats and channels, and make sure it's built to be found and cited by AI engines.

You won't be doing this alone. You'll work hand in hand with our Marketing Manager, who sets direction, co-creates, and supports you closely on strategy, writing, and distribution. Our CEO and team will be the on-camera and on-page voices.

This is a part-time role, 2-3 days per week on-site depending on output, with a clear path to full-time as the content engine grows.

What You'll Do

Planning & Research

  • Execute the content engine plan and monthly calendar set with the Marketing Manager
  • Co-ideate formats, series, and campaigns with the Marketing Manager and CEO
  • Track platform trends and industry news, and turn them into content hooks
  • Run a monthly content gap and competitor analysis

Video

  • Co-ideate, shoot, edit, and publish video for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other channels
  • Create engaging, informative video on the expert network industry: how it works, trends, myths, and insights that position Infoquest as the industry's voice
  • Occasionally produce trend-based reels around humor, workplace, and culture
  • Run CEO deep-dive shoots on expert network topics
  • Cover events, office life, and behind-the-scenes moments
  • Edit with captions, motion graphics, sound design, and thumbnails

Written

  • Write articles and blog posts on expert network topics
  • Write LinkedIn posts for the company page and the CEO in our voices
  • Support the Marketing Manager on long-form thought leadership

AI Search Visibility

  • Structure every piece so AI engines can find, understand, and cite it: clear questions and direct answers, strong headings, and specific facts
  • Publish transcripts, descriptions, and chapters for video so AI can read what's said, not just what's shown
  • Keep how we describe Infoquest and the industry consistent across every channel

Repurposing & Distribution

  • Cut long-form interviews into 3-4 short-form clips each
  • Turn video into articles, LinkedIn posts, and carousels
  • Schedule, publish, and coordinate amplification with the CEO and employees
  • Control distribution for multiple channels such as LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, and others.

Performance

  • Track performance and test hooks, formats, and posting times
  • Produce a monthly summary of what worked, overall performance, and what changes next

Collaboration

  • Weekly sync with the Marketing Manager on priorities, ideas, and feedback
  • Coordinate shoots with the CEO, account managers, and employees

What We're Looking For

  • A portfolio covering both video (short-form and long-form) and written content
  • Strong writing skills, with the ability to explain a niche B2B topic clearly and in different voices
  • Strong editing skills in CapCut, Premiere, or similar.
  • A sharp eye for hooks and platform-native content, whether the goal is to entertain or to explain
  • Organized and reliable enough to run a recurring content calendar
  • Available 2-3 days per week on-site in Beirut

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience in B2B, consulting, professional services, or research-driven industries
  • Understanding of SEO and how AI search engines find, read, and cite content
  • Comfortable using AI tools to speed up research, repurposing, and editing (e.g., Opus Clip, Descript)
  • Experience writing or ghostwriting LinkedIn content for executives
  • Experience building recurring content series, not just one-off pieces
  • Hands-on experience with GEO (generative engine optimization) or AI search visibility
  • Experience with analytics tools and content performance reporting

Who Will Succeed in This Role

  • You think like a strategist and execute like a creator
  • You're as comfortable writing a 1,500-word article as cutting a 30-second reel
  • You can make a niche, technical topic genuinely interesting to watch and read
  • You care about results, not only how the content looks, including whether AI engines pick it up
  • You take ownership, and you value working closely with a hands-on manager who'll push and support your work

Our Interview Process

  • Initial Screening Interview: We assess portfolio, background, and experience
  • Technical Interview: A task will be assigned for you to prepare and then present
  • Final Interview: Assess motivation and culture fit

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
