We are looking for a Coordinator, Ionian Exclusive to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute, learn and grow while helping shape the experiences and impact we create across Costa Navarino.
In this position, you will coordinate daily villa operations and guest requests to ensure a seamless and memorable guest experience. You will work closely with Butlers and other hotel departments to ensure villas are prepared to the highest standards and all operational requirements are met efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the Butler team and ensure compliance with hotel policies, SOPs and Brand Standards.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering and In-Room Dining to ensure villas are fully prepared before arrival.
- Manage pre-arrival communication, guest arrivals and villa orientation with the Butler team.
- Coordinate guest requests and daily arrangements, ensuring accurate and timely updates in hotel systems.
- Follow up on departure arrangements and coordinate with relevant departments.
- Maintain VIP lists, amenities and guest feedback, ensuring timely follow-up throughout the stay.
- Maintain accurate logbooks and handovers, while ensuring compliance with Health & Safety requirements and supporting team training.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Fluent in spoken and written English. Additional languages will be considered an advantage.
- Excellent communication and guest service skills.
- Good knowledge of food products, standard recipes and food preparation.
- Good computer skills and ability to use hotel systems and software.
- Warm, persuasive and empathetic approach, with strong negotiation and upselling skills.
- Ability to handle challenging situations, work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
