We are seeking to hire a talented Data Analyst (SQL, OAC, Machine Learning) to join our team and become part of our success story.

As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing large volumes of data from multiple sources, developing interactive dashboards and reports, and applying Machine Learning techniques to support data-driven decision-making. You will collaborate with IT and Business teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and deliver actionable insights. In more detail:

  • Collecting, cleaning, processing, and analyzing large datasets from multiple sources using advanced SQL queries,
  • Designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports using Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC),
  • Developing, configuring, and maintaining metadata and semantic models (RPD) to ensure accurate representation of business logic,
  • Applying Machine Learning algorithms, including classification, regression, and clustering, to identify trends, categorize data, and optimize business processes,
  • Identifying patterns, trends, and anomalies within datasets,
  • Translating business requirements into analytical solutions in collaboration with IT and Business stakeholders,
  • Presenting analytical findings and insights to stakeholders and management in a clear and understandable manner,
  • Ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reports and analytical models.

Requirements

Mandatory

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field,
  • Strong experience writing complex SQL queries, including joins, subqueries, window functions, and query optimization,
  • Hands-on experience developing reports and dashboards using Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC),
  • Experience developing and maintaining RPD metadata models, including Physical, Business Model and Mapping (BMM), and Presentation layers,
  • Good understanding of Machine Learning algorithms and their practical applications,
  • Experience with programming languages for data analysis, such as Python or R,
  • Familiarity with Python libraries such as pandas and scikit-learn,
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail,
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills,
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Nice to have

  • Experience with cloud database platforms such as Oracle Autonomous Database, Snowflake, or Google BigQuery,
  • Knowledge of ETL/ELT processes and tools,
  • Master's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field,
  • Experience working with large datasets and complex data environments,
  • Familiarity with data visualization best practices and KPI reporting.
