Misión del Rol:

Multiplica se encuentra en la búsqueda de un/a Digital Strategy Consultant, que combine dominio técnico profundo, capacidad consultiva y visión de negocio. No se trata de una posición de soporte técnico, sino de un rol estratégico orientado a generar valor en las cuentas asignadas, acompañando a los equipos y a los clientes en la mejora continua de la calidad del delivery, el desarrollo del talento y la identificación de oportunidades de crecimiento.

Responsabilidades principales:

  • Revisión de entregables clave: código, wireframes, dashboards, documentos de research, entre otros, con foco en el cumplimiento de estándares de calidad.
  • Auditoría técnica de cuenta: Evaluar procesos, herramientas, arquitectura o metodología usada por el equipo y detectar deuda técnica o de proceso.
  • Identificación temprana de riesgos: Detectar cuellos de botella, decisiones riesgosas o desalineaciones antes de que impacten.
  • Documentación de decisiones: Dejar registro de decisiones técnicas/metodológicas relevantes (ADRs, guías, playbooks de cuenta).
  • Implementación del Way of Work: Instalar rituales, plantillas, checklists de calidad y estándares de Multiplica en la cuenta.
  • Benchmarking de tendencias: Investigar cómo IA, nuevas herramientas o metodologías podrían aplicar a la cuenta específica y proponerlo.
  • Acompañar el desarrollo del talento mediante sesiones de coaching técnico, retroalimentación accionable y planes de desarrollo conjuntos.
  • Sostener la relación consultiva con los stakeholders técnicos y de negocio del cliente, participando en comités de seguimiento y reportes ejecutivos.
  • Identificar y activar oportunidades de negocio, articulando las necesidades del cliente con otras capacidades de Multiplica.
  • Sostener conversaciones comerciales con clientes actuales y potenciales en México, apoyando con agilidad los procesos de incorporación de nuevos clientes y respaldando el proceso comercial con su credibilidad técnica.

Requirements

  • Nivel experto en su disciplina (UX, Producto, Data, Desarrollo, IA u otra), con capacidad de evaluar y elevar el trabajo de terceros.
  • Pensamiento estratégico y capacidad de diagnóstico, con habilidad para vincular el trabajo diario con los objetivos de negocio del cliente.
  • Comunicación ejecutiva y habilidades de storytelling, con capacidad de presentar ante perfiles directivos con claridad.
  • Experiencia liderando o mentorizando equipos, con capacidad de entregar retroalimentación clara.
  • Manejo de stakeholders y negociación, con capacidad de sostener relaciones de confianza con perfiles técnicos y de negocio.
  • Orientación comercial, con disposición para sostener conversaciones de negocio con clientes e identificar oportunidades sin comprometer la propuesta de valor.

Se considerará un plus

  • Experiencia previa en consultoría o en posiciones híbridas de carácter técnico-comercial.
  • Trayectoria comprobable en el desarrollo de nuevas oportunidades de negocio dentro de cuentas existentes.
