The posting
Who We Are
Capture One is the world's leading professional imaging software, trusted by the most demanding photographers, studios, and cultural institutions on the planet. From our Copenhagen HQ, we build the tools that shape how the world's most important images are captured, refined, and delivered.
We are scaling our Enterprise business — serving studios, e-commerce content operations, institutions, and imaging service providers — with a dedicated go-to-market motion led by a growing Business Development organization.
The role
The Director of Enterprise Marketing owns the marketing strategy, plan, and execution for Capture One's Enterprise segment. You are the marketing counterpart to Sales, Revenue Operations, Customer Success and Partnerships inside the Business Development organization — accountable for building a repeatable, scalable Enterprise growth engine and positioning of Capture One within the space.
AI is rewriting how Enterprise visual production gets done. You'll define what those workflows look like and make the case for Capture One at the center of them, winning new business and expanding our existing footprint.
You'll turn Enterprise revenue targets into a clear market position, vertical messaging, account-based programs, and partner co-marketing, designing and launching these programs from the ground up. You'll operate independently within the Business Development P&L and collaborate with the VP of Marketing and Marketing team, whose focus is Capture One's 20+ year business with independent professional photographers.
This is the most senior marketing role dedicated to Enterprise and Studios at Capture One.
What You'll Do
Strategy and planning
- Build and manage the annual and quarterly Enterprise marketing plan and budget.
- Set pipeline and marketing-influenced revenue targets aligned with the Business Development plan, and report performance to the executive team.
- Set the overall Enterprise market activation strategy (trade shows, roadshows, customer summits), define the pipeline objective for each, and partner with the Market Activation managers who own the regional planning and execution.
Product positioning and messaging
- Develop and own Enterprise positioning and vertical messaging for studios, e-commerce content operations, and imaging service providers.
- Own competitive positioning against Adobe, Evoto, and other Enterprise-relevant competitors.
- Create and maintain the Enterprise sales enablement library (playbooks, decks, one-pagers, battlecards).
- Partner with Revenue Operations, who owns the enablement systems and adoption tracking, to operationalize the collateral.
- Work with Product Management on Enterprise launches, roadmap communication, and win/loss feedback.
Content and thought leadership
- Build and launch verticalized content programs: case studies, whitepapers, webinars, industry reports, and executive briefings.
- Write briefs and manage the creative team on an agency basis, with clear scoping and prioritization for content production.
- Establish Capture One as the trusted software partner for professional imaging operations at scale, supported by analyst relations, industry PR, and speaker programs.
ABM and demand generation
- Design and launch ABM programs against a defined list of Enterprise target accounts, working cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to measure success.
- Run the Enterprise inbound funnel from awareness through opportunity, and the digital demand mix (paid, organic, syndicated content, third-party media).
- Partner with Revenue Operations on funnel definitions, attribution, and marketing reporting requirements.
Enterprise partner marketing
- Own and run co-marketing with strategic technology and hardware partners.
- Build partner marketing from the ground up into a scalable pipeline channel, including partner-led campaigns, joint content, and shared events.
Cross-functional leadership
- Represent Enterprise marketing in the BD leadership team and stay aligned with the Marketing leadership team.
- Bring structured customer and market feedback back to Product, Marketing, and Executive stakeholders.
How you'll be measured
- Marketing-influenced Enterprise revenue and deal velocity.
- Funnel conversion: MQLs, SQLs, Opportunities, Revenue. Benchmarked YoY.
- Net revenue retention and expansion revenue growth.
- Sales enablement resource adoption and correlated win-rate lift.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, with an emphasis on brand and positioning, ideally in a SaaS, creative technology, or professional media/imaging software company.
- Superior grasp of positioning, messaging, and competitive marketing in a continuously evolving space fueled by AI.
- Direct experience owning marketing for an enterprise sales motion, including full-funnel accountability for pipeline and revenue.
- Experience designing and running successful ABM or demand generation programs against named accounts.
- Direct experience with strategic technology partner co-marketing.
- Comfortability working with Revenue Operations across CRM, marketing automation, attribution, and reporting.
- Experience building and maintaining enterprise sales enablement content libraries.
- Proven ability to orchestrate cross-functional resources without direct authority; including regional teams, shared creative resources, and external agencies.
- Experience with budget management and vendor/agency oversight.
- Comfortability leading as a senior individual contributor without a dedicated team.
- Ability to travel up to 30 days annually to mainly US and within Europe
Preferred
- Experience in professional imaging, creative software, or adjacent SaaS categories (media, design, content operations).
- History working across a matrixed organization and shared service dependencies.
