The posting

Turn interest into bookings—and keep players coming back

Community Sports Partners operates sports and recreation businesses. We are looking for someone who combines strong email and SMS marketing skills with sales follow-through and organized day-to-day coordination.

Your work will connect three things: campaigns that generate interest, conversations that turn interest into bookings, and pickup games that run smoothly enough for people to return. You will help sell available sports facility time and permit-backed bookings, support pickup-game operations remotely, and build email and SMS campaigns that increase participation and repeat business.

What you will own

Email and SMS marketing

• Plan, write, build and send campaigns promoting available facility time, pickup games, registration opportunities and relevant offers.

• Create useful segments by location, sport, expressed interest, booking history and engagement.

• Build and improve welcome messages, lead follow-up, incomplete-booking recovery where supported, reminders, repeat-booking and win-back flows.

• Write clear English copy with specific offers and calls to action. Adapt existing brand assets into mobile-friendly emails.

• Check audiences, dates, time zones, prices, links, personalization and suppression rules before launch.

• Monitor delivery failures, bounces, complaints and opt-outs; maintain consent records and healthy lists.

• Test messaging, timing, offers and journeys, then report qualified enquiries, paid bookings, repeat participation and revenue alongside engagement metrics.

Permit and facility-time sales

• Maintain an accurate view of available locations, dates, time slots, capacity and approved pricing.

• Respond to enquiries from teams, coaches, leagues, organizers and other customers looking for sports space.

• Understand what customers need, recommend suitable availability, prepare approved quotes and follow up through booking and payment confirmation.

• Keep the sales pipeline current, document customer commitments and pursue renewals or repeat bookings.

• Coordinate with the operations team before promising availability or exceptions. Escalate pricing, terms and conflicts outside your authority.

Pickup-game coordination

• Create and maintain accurate game listings, including location, start time, capacity, pricing and player instructions.

• Monitor registrations and fill levels; use targeted outreach to help fill available places.

• Coordinate with local hosts and venue contacts, making sure each game has the information and support it needs.

• Manage routine player questions and waitlists, and communicate approved changes promptly.

• Identify low-enrolment games, host gaps or venue problems early and escalate cancellation, refund or safety decisions to the appropriate manager.

• Track attendance, feedback and repeat participation, and use what you learn to improve future games.

This is one role advertised across multiple recruitment locations. Applicants throughout Latin America are welcome. Please apply once using your preferred location listing.

Requirements

What we are looking for

• Practical experience building email campaigns and automations, plus hands-on SMS experience.

• Strong written and spoken English for North American customer conversations.

• Confidence following up with leads, explaining an offer and asking for the booking.

• Strong attention to detail with schedules, prices, customer records and competing deadlines.

• Experience with a CRM and an email/SMS platform; examples include Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Mailchimp or comparable tools. Experience with every platform is not required.

• Comfort using spreadsheets and reports to understand conversion, bookings and campaign performance.

• Dependable communication and willingness to own the next action until an issue is resolved.

• Availability to work evenings and weekends in Toronto/Eastern time is required. This is when most games and customer activity take place, so these shifts are a core part of the role. The specific weekly schedule will be agreed before hiring.

Experience in sports, venue bookings, inside sales, event coordination, customer service or ecommerce retention is helpful. You should enjoy both campaign execution and customer follow-through.

What success looks like

In the first month, learn the inventory, customer journeys and operating processes; audit existing campaigns and establish a reliable follow-up and QA routine.

Over the following two months, take ownership of the campaign calendar and sales pipeline, improve priority automations, and make pickup-game coordination dependable. We will agree measurable goals for paid bookings, use of available facility time, game fill rates, repeat participation and service quality after reviewing the baseline.

Apply with your resume and answer the questions in this application. Remove customer data and confidential employer information from examples. Applicants throughout Latin America are welcome; the selected location is a recruitment location, not a residence requirement.

Required assessments

Please complete both standard assessments before or shortly after applying, using the same email address as your application. If you have already completed them for Community Sports Partners with that email, indicate this in the application.

  • Culture Index survey
  • Criteria GAME assessment — English

Benefits

Remote from Latin America. Monthly base of US$800–US$1,000 based on experience, plus expected variable commissions of US$500–US$1,000. Expected total US$1,300–US$2,000 per month. Commissions depend on performance and are not guaranteed. Evening and weekend work in Toronto/Eastern time is required, when most games and customer activity take place. The specific weekly schedule and commission terms will be agreed before hiring.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
