The Field Operations Program Manager owns the training, adoption, and continuous improvement of the company’s CRM across LGI Homes, Terrata Homes, and other subsidiary brands. This highly visible role develops and delivers engaging onboarding, role-based training, coaching, and scalable learning resources for Field Marketing, Sales Management, and Sales Leadership. Through live instruction, ongoing coaching, and practical learning experiences, this position helps employees build confidence, strengthen their skills, and get more value from the CRM in their day-to-day work.
As a key member of the CRM development team, the Field Operations Program Manager represents the employee experience in system planning and continuous improvement. This role identifies opportunities to improve workflows, reporting, and system functionality by analyzing employee feedback, support trends, and business needs, and partners with the development team to support testing, implementation, and successful adoption of system enhancements.
The Field Operations Program Manager works closely with Sales Leadership to strengthen CRM enablement for Sales Management and Sales Leadership, helping leaders effectively use system reporting to coach teams, drive accountability, and improve performance. This role also oversees ongoing CRM support, training resources, and employee readiness for system updates, using recurring questions and support trends to continuously improve both training and the employee experience.
In addition to CRM training and enablement, this position supports key Field Operations initiatives including new community preparedness, executive reporting, cross-functional operational processes, and national vendor programs. The role works closely with Field Marketing, Sales, Legal, Systems, and other departments, creating broad exposure across the organization and opportunities to influence how teams work, learn, and succeed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Learning & Development, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in corporate training, learning and development, systems training, sales enablement, operations, or a related role.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage employees at all levels.
- Ability to quickly learn complex systems and workflows, translate them into practical training, and identify opportunities for process or system improvement.
- Strong organization, problem-solving, and follow-through, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; experience with CRM, enterprise software, LMS platforms, or training-content tools preferred.
