The posting

Constantinou Bros Properties, one of the leading property developers in Paphos, with more than 45 years of experience, is looking to recruit a reliable and hardworking Gardener to join our team and maintain the gardens and outdoor areas across our developments.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain gardens, landscaped areas and outdoor spaces across the company’s developments.
  • Carry out pruning of trees, shrubs and plants, as well as lawn mowing and general lawn care.
  • Plant and replace flowers, shrubs and other plants as required.
  • Water plants and monitor their condition to ensure healthy and well-maintained green areas.
  • Inspect and carry out basic maintenance of irrigation systems.
  • Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment safely and correctly.
  • Ensure that gardens and communal outdoor areas are kept clean, tidy and presentable.
  • Identify and report any issues relating to plants, irrigation systems or gardening equipment to the relevant supervisor.
  • Perform any other related duties assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in gardening or landscaping will be considered an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of plant care, pruning, watering and garden maintenance.
  • Ability to operate gardening tools and equipment.
  • Reliable, responsible and professional attitude.
  • Good physical condition and ability to perform outdoor manual work.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Driving license will be considered an advantage.
