The posting
The HR Coordinator – Weekend Shift provides dedicated HR support to Weekend and 2nd Shift employees and supervisors. This position serves as the primary on-site HR resource during assigned off-shift hours and supports employee relations, HR administration, policy guidance, documentation, and employee concerns.
Because this position will regularly work without the HR Manager onsite, the Coordinator must be comfortable working independently, exercising good judgment, maintaining confidentiality, and recognizing when an issue requires escalation.
