Description du poste:

Services SFT recrute activement des inhalothérapeutes qualifié(e)s pour combler plusieurs quarts de travail et des périodes de garde à l'Hôpital de Mont-Laurier (CISSSLAU). Les besoins couvrent la période P-11 (du 27 décembre 2026 au 23 janvier 2027).

Le mandat s'exerce au sein de secteurs cliniques diversifiés et stimulants : Urgence, Soins intensifs, Obstétrique et Bloc opératoire. Si vous êtes autonome, flexible et disponible pour effectuer des quarts ponctuels ou des gardes durant la période des Fêtes et en janvier, ce mandat est pour vous !

Détails des besoins (Période du 27 décembre 2026 au 23 janvier 2027) :

  • Quart de jour : Besoin ponctuel (ex. : 28 décembre 2026).
  • Quart de soir : Nombreuses dates à combler à l'horaire tout au long de la période.
  • Garde de nuit (Si possible) : De 23h15 à 7h30 (plusieurs blocs de dates consécutives disponibles).
  • Type d'emploi: Temporaire (Temps partiel / Sur appel).

Responsabilités:

  • Assurer la prise en charge et le suivi thérapeutique respiratoire des patients dans les départements critiques (Urgence, Soins intensifs, Obstétrique).
  • Collaborer activement aux interventions d'urgence et aux protocoles de réanimation.
  • Participer aux activités du Bloc opératoire (pour les ressources habilitées).
  • Assurer la garde de nuit selon l'horaire convenu et répondre rapidement aux appels d'urgence de l'établissement.

Exigences:

Pour que votre profil soit soumis, vous devez fournir les documents et respecter les critères suivants :

  • Statut professionnel : Être membre en règle de l'Ordre des inhalothérapeutes du Québec (OPIQ).
  • Compétence spécifique : Une habilitation et de l'expérience au Bloc opératoire sont fortement recherchées (certains quarts de soir requièrent obligatoirement 1 inhalo habilité au Bloc).
  • Autonomie : Excellente capacité d'adaptation pour s'intégrer rapidement aux équipes de soins critiques.
