🟢 At Dev.Pro, a US-based outsourced software development company, we're looking for contractors to join our global team of IT professionals helping tech companies scale their business through software engineering expertise. Operating as a remote-first company, our experts work across 55+ countries on five continents, giving us the flexibility and skillset to deliver high-quality engineering for projects of any size or complexity.

We invite a skilled, motivated, and reliable Software Engineer with expertise in full-stack development with React.js and .NET to join our team. You’ll be responsible for ensuring system reliability, troubleshooting technical issues, optimizing performance, and assisting new clients and merchants with onboarding and integrations through collaboration with different teams — without direct end-user interaction.

✅ Is that you?

  • Proficiency in React.js
  • Hands on experience with .NET framework and development environment (Microsoft Visual Studio) with technologies including C#, ASP.NET MVC.
  • Good knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and hands-on experience with system integration
  • Familiarity with message queues
  • Experience with Entity Framework ORM and SQL Server (stored procedures, ETL jobs)
  • Knowledge of Git
  • Experience in debugging, identifying root causes of issues, and solving coding problems efficiently
  • Strong skills in task breakdown, adaptability to changing priorities, and commitment to quality
  • Proactivity, teamwork skills, and a strong sense of accountability
  • Upper-Intermediate+ English level

Desirable:

  • Experience in technical support roles within the fintech and payment processing domain

🧩Key responsibilities and your contribution

In this role, you’ll be part of the team providing SL2 support, resolving production issues, addressing merchant inquiries, and handling technical concerns, while collaborating closely with the SL1 Team on task prioritization.

  • Ensure product stability by resolving data issues and verifying the smooth operation of transaction processes
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by merchants/clients (e.g., transaction, gateway, device, and integration problems)
  • Monitor and maintain application health by overseeing batch jobs, ETL jobs, and gateway communication through HealthCheck Application.
  • Work with the SL1 team to assist new clients with app and service integration and ensure a seamless onboarding and offboarding experience
