Junior Controller

La risorsa entrerà a far parte dell'area Amministrazione, Finanza e Controllo e supporterà il management nell'analisi delle performance economico-finanziarie dell'azienda, contribuendo allo sviluppo dei processi di controllo di gestione e al miglioramento dell'efficienza operativa.

Principali responsabilità

  • Analizzare e monitorare i principali KPI aziendali.
  • Elaborare analisi degli scostamenti tra dati consuntivi, budget e forecast.
  • Supportare la predisposizione di budget, forecast e piani economico-finanziari di medio periodo.
  • Collaborare alle attività di chiusura periodica e alla redazione del bilancio.
  • Predisporre reportistica direzionale e report verso la capogruppo.
  • Supportare lo sviluppo e la standardizzazione degli strumenti di reporting e controlling.
  • Contribuire all'implementazione e all'ottimizzazione dei sistemi ERP aziendali.
  • Analizzare i processi interni individuando opportunità di miglioramento e ottimizzazione.
  • Supportare la pianificazione di liquidità, fatturato e risultati economici.
  • Effettuare analisi di costi, marginalità e redditività.
  • Collaborare con le diverse funzioni aziendali per tematiche economico-finanziarie.
  • Garantire la qualità, l'affidabilità e la coerenza dei dati aziendali.
  • Supportare le attività amministrative, contabili e di riconciliazione.

Requirements

Requisiti

  • Laurea in Economia, Finanza, Amministrazione Aziendale o discipline affini.
  • Esperienza di 3-5 anni in ruoli di Controlling, Amministrazione o Finanza.
  • Conoscenza delle logiche di controllo di gestione, reporting e pianificazione finanziaria.
  • Ottima conoscenza di Microsoft Excel.
  • Buona conoscenza di sistemi ERP (SAP costituisce un plus).
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
  • La conoscenza della lingua tedesca sarà considerata un requisito preferenziale.
