Machine Operator – $18.50/Hour | 3rd Shift

Full-Time | Monday–Thursday | 4-Day Workweek

We Staff Better is hiring dependable, motivated Machine Operators for a full-time manufacturing opportunity. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a consistent 4-day workweek, competitive pay, and the chance to learn a skilled manufacturing position. Previous machine operating experience is helpful, but not required. Training is provided for the right candidate.

Pay: $18.50/hour Regular Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:30 PM–7:00 AM

Training Schedule

New hires will train on 1st shift, Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM, for approximately 4–6 weeks. Training will cover equipment operation, production processes, quality expectations, and workplace safety.

Applicants must be available to work the full training schedule before transitioning to the regular 3rd shift schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery
  • Load and unload materials
  • Follow production and safety procedures
  • Make basic machine adjustments as needed
  • Inspect finished products for quality
  • Maintain accurate and consistent production
  • Keep the work area clean and organized
  • Work with team members to meet daily production goals

Qualifications

  • Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience is a plus, but not required
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality
  • Willingness to learn and take direction
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to follow safety and production procedures
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
  • Ability to successfully complete the required 1st shift training schedule
