The posting

Start your career solving some of the biggest questions in sport and entertainment!

We are Two Circles, a Sports & Entertainment Marketing business that grows audiences and revenues by understanding fans better than anyone else.

We help the world's leading sports and entertainment organisations answer the questions that drive their growth. Who are their fans – and what makes them tick? How can they reach new audiences? What makes someone buy a ticket, subscribe, engage with content or choose one brand over another? Where is the next commercial opportunity – and what does the data tell us to do about it?

We combine data, technology and commercial thinking to find the answers and turn them into action. Today, more than 1,000 organisations globally trust our platforms and services, including the Premier League, UEFA, the NFL, Red Bull, Visa, Nike and Amazon. We're a team of more than 1,000 people across 15 offices, working with sports and entertainment businesses of every shape and size around the world.

Our Early Careers Programme Our Early Careers programme is designed for bright, curious people who want to solve interesting problems and make an impact from the beginning of their careers.

As an Analyst, you'll work at the intersection of data, marketing and commercial strategy. One project might see you digging into millions of fan interactions to uncover an opportunity for growth. Another could have you helping plan and optimise a digital campaign across Meta, Google or TikTok. On another, you might be researching the market for potential brand partners and helping shape a sponsorship proposition for a major sports property.

What connects the work is a simple idea: understand fans, find the opportunity, and work out what to do next.

You'll learn to work with data, structure ambiguous problems, communicate your thinking and turn analysis into recommendations that clients can act on. You'll work alongside talented people from different disciplines, take on real responsibility and develop skills that will form the foundations of a career in consulting, marketing and the business of sport and entertainment.

You don't need to arrive with all of those skills. We're looking for the potential to develop them: intellectual curiosity, an appetite for solving problems, comfort with numbers, and the ability to work brilliantly with other people.

If you're fascinated by what makes fans tick, excited by the commercial possibilities of sport and entertainment, and looking for a career where you'll be challenged to think from day one, we'd like to hear from you.

What you'll do No two projects at Two Circles are quite the same. As an Analyst, you'll work with colleagues and clients to solve real commercial challenges, using data, technology and your own curiosity to understand fans and turn that understanding into action.

  • Find the story in the data. Work with fan, ticketing, digital and commercial data to spot patterns, test hypotheses and uncover insights that can help some of the world's leading sports organisations grow their audiences and revenues.
  • Turn insight into action. Go beyond producing analysis. You'll help work out what it means, what our clients should do next, and how we can turn an interesting finding into a clear commercial, marketing or sponsorship strategy.
  • Build, test and improve. Help design and deliver initiatives ranging from fan research and event surveys to digital marketing campaigns, measuring what works and continually looking for ways to make it better.
  • Communicate and influence. Turn complex analysis into clear, compelling recommendations, and learn how to present your thinking to colleagues, clients and senior stakeholders. You'll build relationships with people across different disciplines, organisations and markets.
  • Stay curious. Keep asking questions about how sport, entertainment and fandom are changing. You'll explore new platforms, technologies, behaviours and commercial models, and think about what they could mean for our clients and their fans.

Requirements

If this sounds exciting but you've never done some of it before, you're in exactly the right place. We don't expect you to arrive knowing how to do the job – we'll teach you. We're much more interested in how you think, how you learn and what you'll bring to the team.

There is no single profile for a Two Circles Analyst, but the people who thrive here tend to have a few things in common:

  • You're curious. You ask good questions, want to understand why things happen, and aren't satisfied with taking an answer at face value. You might be just as interested in why fans behave the way they do as you are in what they do.
  • You like solving problems. You enjoy getting stuck into something complicated, breaking it down and working towards an answer. You're comfortable thinking independently, but you also know that the best answers often come from working with other people.
  • You're comfortable with numbers. You don't need to be a data scientist or an Excel expert – we'll teach you the tools you need. But you should enjoy working with data, be comfortable in a spreadsheet, and be interested in using evidence to answer questions and make decisions.
  • You learn quickly – and want to keep learning. You seek out feedback, take ownership of your development and are willing to try things you haven't done before.
  • You're good with people. You listen, communicate clearly and adapt to the people around you. You'll care about being a great teammate and, over time, build the confidence and judgement to become a trusted partner to our clients.
  • You care about getting things right. Whether you're analysing thousands of fan records or preparing something for a client, you notice the details, question things that don't look right and take pride in the quality of your work.
  • You're interested in the business of sport and entertainment. You don't need to know every score, player or statistic. What matters more is a curiosity about the industry: how fans behave, how organisations grow, how brands connect with audiences, and how sport and entertainment are changing.

Above all, we're looking for people with potential. We can teach you the tools. We're looking for people who are curious, think critically, ask great questions, and bring the drive and energy to keep learning.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
