ABOUT EVERYDAY DOSE

Everyday Dose is a functional coffee company on a mission to help people feel better, think clearer, and perform at their best, without the crash that comes with regular coffee. We're a fast-growing, nine-figure omni-channel brand with a loyal, high-retention subscriber base, and we're scaling our retention function to match our ambitions.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re hiring a Marketing Specialist, Brand Operations to own the operational details that keep our products, packaging, and retail launches moving smoothly.

This role sits at the intersection of Brand, Sales, Supply Chain, and Project Management. You’ll own the item data, GTINs, retailer setup, packaging changes, spec sheets, and documentation that turn a new product or pack change into something that’s actually ready to sell.

You’ll work closely with Sales and eCommerce to support retailer item setup across major accounts, while partnering with Creative, Supply Chain, and our Senior Project Manager to make sure packaging and product information is accurate, organized, and delivered on time.

This is a detail-heavy role for someone who enjoys keeping complex information organized, catching issues before they become problems, and making sure the operational side of the brand stays buttoned up as we scale.

This role is fully remote and open to candidates based in the U.S. You’ll work closely with teams and partners operating primarily in Pacific and Central time zones.

Requirements

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

You’ll take primary ownership of several core areas of our brand operations:

  • Item Data & GTINs: Own GS1 UPC/GTIN creation across unit, inner, and case configurations, along with SKU master data and product specification sheets.
  • Retailer Item Setup: Manage new-item forms and retailer data portals in partnership with Sales and eCommerce across accounts including Target, Walmart, Kroger, Sam’s Club, Costco, and Amazon.
  • Launch Execution: Manage GTINs, item setup, label copy, and artwork routing for innovation launches in partnership with the Senior Project Manager.
  • Retail Support: Maintain the spec sheets, samples, forms, and product information Sales and broker partners need to support our retail business.
  • Brand Operations: Maintain artwork, dieline, and claims libraries, version control, and our pack-change tracker in Asana.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Own product data: Create and maintain GS1 UPCs and GTINs for units, inners, and cases while keeping SKU master data and product specifications accurate and up to date.
  • Manage retailer setup: Complete new-item forms and maintain product information across retailer portals and systems such as Syndigo, 1WorldSync, and RIVIR.
  • Support major retail accounts: Partner with Sales and eCommerce on item setup and product data requirements for Target, Walmart, Kroger, Sam’s Club, Costco, Amazon, and other retail partners.
  • Coordinate pack changes: Manage the operational details behind shippers, displays, club packs, retailer-specific packs, promotional packs, and other packaging changes.
  • Support product launches: Own GTIN creation, item setup, label copy coordination, and artwork routing for new product launches, working within the broader project timeline.
  • Maintain retail materials: Keep spec sheets, samples, retailer forms, and other supporting materials organized and accessible for Sales and broker partners.
  • Track changes: Maintain the pack-change tracker in Asana and provide clear visibility into open items, owners, and status.
  • Partner cross-functionally: Work closely with Sales, eCommerce, Creative, Supply Chain, and Project Management to keep product and packaging information accurate and launches moving forward.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 3-4+ years of experience in brand operations, marketing operations, retail operations, product data, CPG, or a related role.
  • Experience working with product or item data, including SKU information, product specifications, UPCs, or GTINs.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage high volumes of product information without losing accuracy.
  • Experience supporting packaging, artwork, label, or product change workflows.
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders at once.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with teams such as Sales, Creative, Supply Chain, eCommerce, or Operations.
  • Strong written communication and follow-up skills—you keep open items moving and make sure details don’t fall through the cracks.
  • Comfortable working in project management and tracking tools such as Asana.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment where new products, retailer requests, and packaging changes may be happening simultaneously.
  • You’re highly detail-oriented and enjoy being the person who makes sure the operational pieces behind a launch are accurate, organized, and ready to go.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience working within a CPG, food and beverage, wellness, or consumer products brand.
  • Experience with GS1 and creating or managing UPCs and GTINs.
  • Experience with retailer item setup and data portals such as Syndigo, 1WorldSync, or RIVIR.
  • Familiarity with major retailer requirements across Target, Walmart, Kroger, Sam’s Club, Costco, or Amazon.
  • Experience coordinating artwork routing, dielines, proofs, packaging changes, or print production.
  • Experience supporting both DTC and retail channels.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

Within your first two quarters, you’ve taken ownership of our item data, GTINs, retailer setup, and brand operations workflows. Product and retailer information is accurate and organized, packaging changes are clearly tracked, and Sales and broker partners have the materials they need without chasing them down.

You’re successfully supporting new product and retail launches alongside the Senior Project Manager, with GTINs, item setup, label copy, artwork routing, and retailer requirements completed on time. Our artwork, dieline, claims, and product information libraries are organized and version-controlled, and the team has clear visibility into active pack changes through Asana.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
