- Collaborate with manufacturing, automation, and IT teams to translate business requirements into scalable MES solutions.
- Integrate Opcenter MES with ERP, PLM, and shop-floor systems using APIs, web services, OPC UA, and other integration technologies.
- Develop customizations, extensions, and reports using C#, .NET, SQL Server, and Opcenter development tools.
- Support the full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, and performance-related issues, providing L2/L3 support when required.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize manufacturing processes and system performance.
- Support cloud-based and hybrid MES environments, ensuring security, scalability, reliability, and high availability.
- Contribute to Industry 4.0 and digital manufacturing initiatives across multiple production sites.
