Ali Professional, divisione specializzata nella ricerca e selezione di profili tecnici di Ali Lavoro S.p.A., ricerca per consolidata e dinamica realtà metalmeccanica di circa 30 dipendenti, specializzata in lavorazioni di precisione ad alta tecnologia situata nella Provincia di Como, un/a OPERATORE / PIAZZATORE CENTRI DI LAVORO CNC (FRESATURA).

La risorsa verrà inserita all'interno del reparto lavorazioni meccaniche e si occuperà della gestione, dell'attrezzaggio e della conduzione di centri di lavoro e fresatrici CNC.

Cosa farai nel tuo ruolo:

Attrezzaggio, piazzamento e messa a punto di centri di lavoro e fresatrici CNC (3, 4 o 5 assi).

Caricamento dei programmi di fresatura già predisposti, azzeramento quote/utensili e regolazione parametri macchina.

Controllo dimensionale del pezzo lavorato tramite la lettura del disegno tecnico e l'utilizzo dei principali strumenti di misura da banco (calibro, micrometro, alesametro).

Monitoraggio dell'usura degli utensili, sostituzione inserti e manutenzione ordinaria delle macchine.

Collaborazione costante con il Responsabile di Produzione per il rispetto dei tempi di consegna e degli standard qualitativi.

Requisiti richiesti:

Esperienza maturata come Operatore o Piazzatore su centri di lavoro / fresatrici CNC ad asportazione truciolo.

Fondamentale la familiarità nell'utilizzo e nella conduzione di macchine e controlli MAZAK (Mazatrol) o equivalente esperienza su centri di lavoro per la fresatura.

Buona capacità di lettura del disegno meccanico e comprensione delle tolleranze dimensionali e geometriche.

Padronanza nell'uso dei principali strumenti di misura da banco.

Precisione, spiccato orientamento alla qualità del pezzo finito e attitudine al lavoro di squadra.
