Services SFT recrute activement plusieurs préposés aux bénéficiaires (PAB) qualifiés pour combler de nombreux quarts de travail à la carte au CHSLD Vigi Saint-Augustin.

Responsabilités:

  • Offrir les soins de base, d'hygiène, de salubrité et de confort aux résidents du CHSLD.
  • Assister les résidents dans les activités de la vie quotidienne (se nourrir, se vêtir, se déplacer sécuritairement).
  • Collaborer étroitement avec l'équipe infirmière pour signaler tout changement dans l'état de santé ou le comportement des usagers.
  • Contribuer à maintenir un milieu de vie bienveillant, stimulant et sécuritaire pour les résidents.

Exigences et administration:

  • Formation : Détenir une formation de PAB reconnue au Québec (DEP Assistance à la personne ou équivalent).
  • Certifications : Certificats RCR et PDSB valides et à jour.
  • Rigueur administrative obligatoire :
  • Tous les employés affectés doivent obligatoirement s’enregistrer sur le iPad de l'installation (registre électronique des présences) à leur arrivée et à leur départ pour valider la facturation.
