The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing performance campaigns, significant advertising budgets, and full-funnel acquisition strategies. Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end performance marketing strategies across Meta, Google, Amazon, and other relevant advertising platforms.
- Own and manage significant monthly advertising budgets with a focus on efficient allocation and profitable growth.
- Plan, launch, monitor, and optimise campaigns across the full customer funnel.
- Continuously monitor and improve ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, CVR, revenue, and LTV.
- Develop audience segmentation and targeting strategies for new customer acquisition, retargeting, lookalike audiences, and high-value customer cohorts.
- Conduct structured A/B testing across creatives, audiences, ad formats, offers, landing pages, and campaign structures.
- Identify opportunities to scale profitable campaigns while maintaining target CAC, ROAS, and contribution margins.
- Work closely with creative, content, design, and e-commerce teams to develop high-performing ad creatives, messaging, landing pages, and promotional campaigns.
- Analyse customer and campaign data to identify trends, performance gaps, and growth opportunities.
- Track channel and campaign performance using attribution, analytics, and reporting platforms.
- Develop regular performance reports and dashboards with clear insights, recommendations, and action plans.
- Collaborate with founders and cross-functional stakeholders to align performance marketing with revenue and business objectives.
- Monitor changes in advertising platforms, tracking technologies, attribution models, consumer behaviour, and industry trends.
- Evaluate campaign structures, audience performance, creative effectiveness, and landing-page conversion to identify optimisation opportunities.
- Continuously improve acquisition efficiency through experimentation, data analysis, and performance-led decision-making.
What Makes You a Great Fit
