Mūsų klientas – tarptautinės grupės dalis, Lietuvoje veikianti įmonė, besispecializuojanti finansų sektoriaus vidaus audito, pinigų plovimo ir teroristų finansavimo prevencijos (AML), sankcijų laikymosi, rizikų valdymo bei reguliacinės atitikties srityse.

Įmonė vienija patyrusių finansų sektoriaus ekspertų komandą, teikiančią profesionalias konsultavimo, audito ir atitikties paslaugas finansų įstaigoms bei fintech bendrovėms. Organizacija vertina aukštą paslaugų kokybę, ekspertines žinias, ilgalaikius santykius su klientais ir nuolatinį profesinį tobulėjimą.

Šiuo metu prie komandos kviečiame prisijungti Pinigų plovimo prevencijos ir vidaus audito vadovą (-ę) – specialistą (-ę), kuris (-i) vadovautų AML ir vidaus audito paslaugų projektams, koordinuotų bendradarbiavimą su klientais ir užtikrintų kokybišką bei savalaikį projektų įgyvendinimą.

Reikalavimai

  • Aukštasis teisinis išsilavinimas;
  • Reikšminga profesinė patirtis AML, finansų įstaigų atitikties, vidaus audito ar rizikų valdymo srityse;
  • Patirtis valdant projektus, koordinuojant jų įgyvendinimą ir bendradarbiaujant su klientais;
  • Geras Lietuvos ir Europos Sąjungos AML bei finansų sektoriaus reguliavimo reikalavimų išmanymas;
  • Gebėjimas analizuoti ir vertinti rizikas, rengti bei tobulinti vidaus tvarkas, procedūras ir kitus reguliacinius dokumentus;
  • Patirtis sankcijų rizikos vertinimo, sankcijų laikymosi kontrolės priemonių vertinimo ar sankcijų atitikties procesų srityse;
  • Stiprūs analitiniai, organizaciniai ir komunikaciniai gebėjimai;
  • Gebėjimas savarankiškai planuoti darbus, valdyti prioritetus ir užtikrinti aukštą rezultatų kokybę;
  • Geros anglų kalbos žinios raštu ir žodžiu.

Atsakomybės

  • Projektų valdymas: planuoti ir koordinuoti AML bei vidaus audito projektus, užtikrinant jų kokybę ir terminų laikymąsi;
  • Vidaus auditai: atlikti klientų AML ir sankcijų kontrolės sistemų bei procesų auditus;
  • Rizikų vertinimas: vertinti AML ir sankcijų rizikas, teikti rekomendacijas jų valdymui;
  • Dokumentacijos rengimas: rengti ir atnaujinti klientų vidaus politikas, tvarkas, procedūras ir kontrolės priemones;
  • Audito ataskaitos: rengti ataskaitas, pristatyti išvadas ir rekomendacijas bei konsultuoti dėl jų įgyvendinimo;
  • Reguliacinė atitiktis: stebėti teisės aktų pokyčius ir konsultuoti klientus AML, sankcijų bei vidaus kontrolės klausimais;
