The role requires a combination of strategic thinking, analytical capabilities, product execution, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to deliver intuitive, user-friendly, and scalable product experiences aligned with business objectives.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Strategy and Roadmap

  • Define and execute product strategies that align customer needs with business goals and organizational priorities.
  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap based on customer feedback, market research, business requirements, and competitive analysis.
  • Identify opportunities to improve existing products and introduce new features that enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Prioritize product initiatives based on customer impact, business value, technical feasibility, and resource availability.

2. Customer Experience and Journey Optimization

  • Own and continuously improve the end-to-end customer journey across relevant product touchpoints.
  • Identify customer pain points through user interviews, surveys, feedback analysis, behavioral data, and support interactions.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive, accessible, and seamless product experiences.
  • Monitor customer experience metrics such as customer satisfaction (CSAT), Net Promoter Score (NPS), customer effort score (CES), engagement, and retention.
  • Develop initiatives to reduce friction, improve usability, and increase customer adoption and satisfaction.

3. Product Development and Execution

  • Translate customer requirements and business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Work closely with engineering and design teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Manage product backlogs, sprint planning, prioritization, and release timelines in an Agile environment.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing and validate that delivered features meet customer expectations and business requirements.
  • Ensure timely product launches and continuous improvements based on post-launch performance.

4. Stakeholder Management and Collaboration

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product priorities, customer experience goals, and delivery expectations.
  • Communicate product vision, roadmap updates, and progress to internal stakeholders.
  • Gather and incorporate feedback from customers, business teams, and leadership into product decisions.
  • Facilitate discussions to resolve dependencies, manage competing priorities, and ensure smooth execution.

5. Data Analysis and Performance Measurement

  • Define product KPIs and track performance using analytics tools and customer feedback.
  • Analyze user behavior, funnel performance, conversion rates, and drop-off points to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Conduct experiments and A/B tests to validate hypotheses and optimize product experiences.
  • Prepare regular reports on product performance, customer satisfaction, and improvement initiatives.

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong experience in Customer Experience (CX) and customer journey optimization.
  • 3–5 years of experience in product management or a related product-focused role.
  • Proficiency in product roadmapping, backlog management, and feature prioritization.
  • Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate customer insights into actionable product requirements.

  • Familiarity with product analytics and customer feedback tools.
  • Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools such as Figma.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing, experimentation, and data-driven product development.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
