About You

We’re seeking a results-focused, innovative, self-driven, and well-qualified individual to join our talented team as our Project Coordinator. In this role, you will comprehensively support Production and Engineering and Sales by providing insight and updates regarding deliverables for active projects and purchase orders, demonstrating detail-oriented project organization and time management, tracking and documentation of processes, as well as vendor management in the design and production of customized assembly, fluid dispensing, robotics and UV-delivery systems, from concept to commercialization.

From supporting the development of customized assembly, fluid dispensing, robotics, and UV-curing systems to coordinating production schedules, managing vendors, and tracking critical deliverables, your work will directly impact our ability to deliver high-quality solutions to customers. Your attention to detail, ability to anticipate challenges, and commitment to keeping projects moving forward will help drive operational efficiency, strengthen collaboration, and support the continued growth of our business.

  • Keep projects moving from concept to completion by coordinating timelines, deliverables, and priorities across Engineering, Production, Sales, and external partners to ensure customer commitments are met.
  • Be the connection between teams by providing timely project updates, communicating expectations, identifying potential roadblocks, and ensuring stakeholders have the information they need to make informed decisions.
  • Support production planning and execution by coordinating schedules, tracking purchase and sales orders, and monitoring daily production progress to keep projects on track.
  • Make data work for the team by maintaining accurate information within the GlobalShop ERP system, including purchase orders, sales orders, bills of materials, production routers, and scheduling information.
  • Build strong vendor relationships by coordinating competitive quotes, supporting purchasing decisions, tracking supplier deliverables, and ensuring materials and components meet project specifications and budget expectations.
  • Keep engineering documentation accurate and organized by supporting design changes, updating specifications, maintaining technical records, and coordinating Engineering Change processes for both existing products and new designs.
  • Help turn technical requirements into successful outcomes by reviewing engineering drawings, models, work instructions, and component specifications to support production and ensure project requirements are clearly understood.
  • Support inventory and financial accuracy by tracking inventory levels, coordinating material availability, monitoring project expenses, and partnering with Finance to ensure invoices and payments are processed appropriately.
  • Find opportunities to work smarter by identifying process improvements, strengthening documentation practices, and helping teams improve efficiency, communication, and overall project execution.

Requirements

What makes you a great fit

  • You bring relevant experience. You have 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, project coordination, or project management, ideally within industrial machinery, automation, robotics, medical devices, or fluid control systems.
  • You have a strong technical or operational foundation. You hold a bachelor's degree or technical degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a related field, or have equivalent practical experience.
  • You're exceptionally organized. You can manage multiple projects, competing priorities, and changing deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • You're comfortable working with systems and data. You have strong Microsoft Office skills and experience with ERP systems, project management tools, or other enterprise software. Experience with GlobalShop is a plus.
  • You understand how manufacturing works. You have familiarity with production processes, supply chain coordination, technical documentation, and the importance of aligning materials, schedules, and resources.
  • You can communicate across different teams. You're confident working with engineers, production employees, sales teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to keep everyone aligned and informed.
  • You're a proactive problem-solver. You anticipate challenges, take ownership of your responsibilities, and look for practical solutions before small issues become larger problems.
  • You're comfortable in a technical environment. Exposure to UV light, adhesives, chemicals, pressure vessels, or similar industrial technologies is a plus.
  • You work well independently and collaboratively. You're self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable taking initiative while building strong working relationships across the organization.

Salary: $72,000-$91,000

We take the compensation of our employees very seriously and considers several factors when determining the total compensation package, including but not limited to location, market range, skills, knowledge, experience, and abilities. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the company salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range. The range listed is just one component of company's total compensation packages for employees.
