We invite a Quality Process Engineer to join our TLT Mechanics team! In this role, you will be part of our Quality department dedicated to maintaining high standards, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring process excellence across our manufacturing operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
Quality Management System (QMS) Maintenance
- Maintain and improve the ISO 9001 management system.
- Ensure compliance with laws and customer requirements.
- Create and update quality procedures and work instructions.
Audits & Risk Management
- Lead internal audits and support external/customer audits.
- Assess operational risks and propose mitigation measures.
Problem Solving & Data Analysis
- Lead non-conformity handling, root cause analysis and coordinate problem-solving.
- Track corrective actions and verify their effectiveness.
- Analyze quality metrics and prepare performance reports.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Training
- Partner with production and supply chain to ensure quality standards.
- Conduct staff training on quality standards and best practices.
Requirements
- 1+ years of QA experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong practical knowledge of ISO 9001.
- Proven experience in writing quality procedures.
- Hands-on experience with tools like CAPA, 8D, or Fishbone analysis.
- Excellent organization, accountability, a results-oriented mindset, and a collaborative approach to cross-functional teamwork.
- B2+ English proficiency and solid computer literacy.
- University degree in STEM or a related field.
A Big Plus:
- Experience in conducting internal audits.
- Good understanding and application of SPC, FMEA, and validation processes.
- Previous experience with ISO 13485 or IATF 16949 standards.

Salary
We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive compensation package that will match your skillset and expertise in the field. The salary for this position is from 18 Eur/h up to 23 Eur/h (~3024 Eur – 3864 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise.
