Treatwell digitalisiert die Beauty-Branche - und du leitest das Team, das sie in Bewegung bringt. Als Regionalleitung Südwest-Deutschland (m/w/d) übernimmst du die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des regionalen Außendienstteams (6–9 Kolleg:innen) in der Region Südwest (Frankfurt, Mainz/Wiesbaden, Mannheim/Ludwigshafen/Heidelberg). Gemeinsam gewinnt ihr neue Partner-Salons und treibt unser Wachstum in Südwestdeutschland voran.

💪 DEINE AUFGABEN - SO ROCKST DU DEINEN JOB

  • Teamführung mit Sinn: Du entwickelst, coachst und motivierst dein Team zu Höchstleistungen
  • Wachstum gestalten: Du verantwortest die Entwicklung unserer Venue Base in deiner Region
  • Prozesse verbessern: Du bringst Ideen ein, optimierst Strukturen und steuerst die regionale Vertriebsstrategie
  • Ziele im Blick: Du analysierst KPIs, definierst Ziele und begleitest dein Team auf dem Weg dorthin
  • Verantwortung übernehmen: Du führst Feedback- und Entwicklungsgespräche und förderst individuelle Stärken
  • Netzwerk aufbauen: Du erkennst Marktpotenziale und entwickelst gemeinsam mit deinem Team Akquise-Strategien
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit: Du bist die Schnittstelle zwischen Außendienst (Hessen und Mannheim/Ludwigshafen) und dem Head of Sales

  • Du bringst Führungserfahrung im Außendienst mit und verstehst Führung als Motivation, Inspiration und Vorbild, nicht als Mikromanagement.
  • Vertrieb ist für dich kein Buzzword, sondern gelebte Praxis: Von der Lead-Generierung über den Pitch bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss bewegst du dich in jeder Phase souverän und mit Überzeugung.
  • Kommunikation ist deine Stärke. Du schaffst es, Menschen mitzunehmen, klare Orientierung zu geben und dein Team mit Empathie, Struktur und Energie zu nachhaltigem Erfolg zu führen.
  • KPIs siehst du nicht als Kontrolle, sondern als Chance: Du denkst unternehmerisch, liebst ambitionierte Ziele und arbeitest fokussiert und datengetrieben auf deren Erreichung hin.
  • Du gehst voran, statt nur Aufgaben zu verteilen. Mit deiner Hands-on-Mentalität bist du mitten im Geschehen, packst selbst mit an und motivierst dein Team durch Einsatz, Drive und echtes Leadership.
  • Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch und Englisch - ob im Kundentermin oder im Team-Call.
  • Dein Lebensmittelpunkt liegt im Raum Frankfurt und Umgebung.
