Il nostro cliente è un'eccellenza italiana specializzata nella progettazione e produzione di impianti di meccanica strumentale. Storica realtà, caratterizzata da una particolare attenzione alla innovazione tecnologica con HQ italiano e presenza capillare nei mercati internazionali, è oggi alla ricerca di alcune figure da inserire all'interno della divisione commerciale.

Per il potenziamento della struttura, siamo alla ricerca di quattro Export Area Manager che, a diretto riporto dei Regional Manager, avranno la responsabilità strategica e operativa sulle aree Cina, Europa, MENA e Far East.

Il tuo ruolo:

Con il supporto da un ufficio marketing strutturato, ti occuperai di:

  • Identificare nuove opportunità di mercato e ampliare il portafoglio clienti nell'area geografica assegnata.
  • Gestire e consolidare le relazioni con i clienti attivi, agendo come consulente strategico.
  • Coordinare e presidiare la rete distributiva locale.
  • Analizzare le esigenze tecniche dei key account per proporre soluzioni impiantistiche su misura (soluzioni custom).

Candidati se:

  • Hai maturato almeno 5 anni di esperienza come Export Manager nel settore dei macchinari industriali.
  • Possiedi una profonda conoscenza delle dinamiche commerciali dei mercati di riferimento.
  • Parli e scrivi in modo fluente in lingua inglese.
  • Hai un approccio orientato al risultato e spiccate doti di negoziazione interculturale.
  • Hai disponibilità a passare più del 50% del tempo lavorativo sul territorio di riferimento

Nice to have:

  • Formazione accademica ad indirizzo tecnico o ingegneristico.
  • Conoscenza di una terza lingua straniera.
