SAP S/4HANA Consultant - MM / SD / PP | Alexander Moore, member of QnR Group

Role Overview

As an SAP S/4HANA Consultant (MM / SD / PP), you will join our SAP Consulting team and take part in implementation, rollout and transformation projects for clients across Greece and abroad. You will translate business requirements into well-designed logistics solutions, configure and optimise your modules, and work closely with client and technical teams from design through go-live and support. Depending on your level, you will either deliver within your module under senior guidance (Mid) or lead workstreams and mentor colleagues (Senior).

Requirements

What you'll work on:

  • Contribute to SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout and transformation projects across the full project lifecycle, from requirements through go-live and post-implementation support
  • Analyse business requirements and design robust, scalable SAP solutions aligned with client objectives
  • Configure and optimise SAP S/4HANA modules (MM, SD, PP) in accordance with business needs and best practices
  • Prepare functional specifications, coordinate testing activities and support end-user training
  • Collaborate with clients, technical teams and partners to ensure high-quality delivery
  • Mid level: deliver within your module under the guidance of senior colleagues
  • Senior level: lead workstreams, advise clients and mentor junior consultants

What you bring:

  • Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations in at least one of the MM, SD or PP modules: minimum 3 years (Mid) or 6+ years (Senior)
  • Participation in at least one full-cycle implementation or rollout
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes (Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Plan-to-Produce)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong English communication skills
  • A collaborative approach and a firm commitment to quality and client success

Nice to have:

  • SAP certification
  • Knowledge of SAP Fiori and cross-module integration
  • Exposure in international projects
