SAP S/4HANA Finance Consultant | Alexander Moore, member of QnR Group

Role Overwiew

As an SAP S/4HANA Finance Consultant (FI / CO), you will help our clients design and run modern, integrated finance and controlling processes on SAP S/4HANA. You will analyse financial and cost accounting requirements, configure and optimise the Finance modules, support testing, data migration and user training, and collaborate with finance stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Depending on your level, you will deliver within your area under senior guidance (Mid) or lead workstreams and advise clients (Senior).

Requirements

What you'll work on:

  • Contribute to SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout and transformation projects across the full project lifecycle, from requirements through go-live and post-implementation support
  • Analyse financial and controlling requirements and design robust, scalable SAP solutions aligned with client objectives
  • Configure and optimise SAP S/4HANA Finance modules (FI, CO and related areas) in accordance with business needs and best practices
  • Prepare functional specifications, coordinate testing and data migration activities, and support end-user training
  • Collaborate with clients, finance stakeholders, technical teams and partners to ensure high-quality delivery
  • Mid level: deliver within your area under the guidance of senior colleagues
  • Senior level: lead workstreams, advise clients and mentor junior consultants

What you bring:

  • Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations in FI/CO or related finance areas: minimum 3 years (Mid) or 6+ years (Senior)
  • Participation in at least one full-cycle implementation or rollout
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes (Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash) and their integration with logistics modules
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong English communication skills
  • A collaborative approach and a firm commitment to quality and client success

Nice to have:

  • SAP certification
  • Knowledge of SAP Fiori
  • Familiarity with local statutory and reporting requirements
  • Exposure in international projects
