Senior Hardware Engineer / Responsabile Progettazione Hardware

La risorsa ricoprirà un ruolo strategico nello sviluppo dei prodotti aziendali, gestendo l'intero ciclo di progettazione hardware, dalla definizione dell'architettura elettronica fino alla fase di industrializzazione.

Lavorando a stretto contatto con il Responsabile Firmware e con le principali funzioni aziendali coinvolte nello sviluppo prodotto.

Responsabilità:

  • Analizzare i requisiti tecnici e funzionali dei nuovi progetti, definendo l'architettura hardware più idonea.
  • Progettare schemi elettronici analogici e digitali, individuando le migliori soluzioni tecniche in funzione delle specifiche di prodotto.
  • Sviluppare e revisionare layout PCB, assicurando il rispetto dei requisiti progettuali e produttivi.
  • Selezionare la componentistica elettronica, gestire le distinte base (BOM) e monitorare eventuali problematiche legate alle obsolescenze.
  • Eseguire attività di prototipazione, debug e validazione dei circuiti attraverso l'utilizzo della strumentazione di laboratorio.
  • Coordinare e supportare le attività di test EMC, sicurezza elettrica e certificazione di prodotto.
  • Collaborare con Produzione e Acquisti nelle fasi di industrializzazione, collaudo e ottimizzazione dei processi produttivi.
  • Supportare l'integrazione hardware e firmware, partecipando alle attività di verifica e validazione con il team software.

Requisiti:

  • Laurea in Ingegneria Elettronica oppure diploma tecnico con consolidata esperienza nel ruolo.
  • Esperienza di almeno 5 anni nella progettazione elettronica hardware e nello sviluppo di schede elettroniche.
  • Ottima conoscenza dei principali CAD elettronici quali Altium Designer, KiCad, OrCAD o equivalenti.
  • Consolidata esperienza nella progettazione di circuiti analogici e digitali.
  • Ottima padronanza della strumentazione di laboratorio elettronico, inclusi oscilloscopi e multimetri.
  • Conoscenza delle normative EMC e dei principali requisiti di sicurezza elettrica.
  • Esperienza nella gestione delle distinte base e del ciclo di vita della componentistica elettronica.
