Key Requirements

About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Commercial, the Senior Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of lifecycle replacement projects and tenant variations across the Kudos portfolio. You will manage projects from planning and approval through to completion and financial close out, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
Working closely with LIFTCo partners, operational teams, suppliers and contractors, you will oversee project programmes, coordinate resources and maintain effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
You will ensure appropriate project governance is followed, including scope approval, compliance documentation, project records, handover information and financial tracking. The role will also involve monitoring programme performance, managing project risks, supporting contract compliance and providing regular updates on project progress and financial status. You will play a key role in supporting the delivery of the annual Lifecycle Expenditure Programme (LEP) and ensuring tenant variations are processed efficiently and effectively.
About You
