Senior Superintendent (Construction)
Maple Reinders is currently looking to add a Senior Construction Superintendent to our team based out of Mississauga, Ontario. Projects may be located throughout Ontario across both our Buildings and Civil divisions.
As a Senior Superintendent, you will take a lead role in managing multiple field teams, overseeing complex construction projects, and providing senior-level leadership across project sites. Maple Reinders is a growing organization, continually winning new work across diverse sectors, offering new experiences and challenges.
At Maple Reinders, we look for leaders who can:
· Direct field operations in the delivery of projects while adhering to schedules, budgets, safety, and risk requirements.
· Effectively manage field employees by providing guidance and leadership.
· Develop and execute project work plans aimed at keeping projects on track and on budget.
· Provide senior-level field leadership, manage multiple teams, mentor staff, and support succession planning.
· Lead site operations on complex projects and resolve project challenges proactively.
We are focused on candidates who currently have:
· Senior-level Superintendent experience with a General Contractor.
· Experience managing multiple field teams and large construction projects.
· Experience delivering commercial, institutional, industrial, civil, or infrastructure projects.
· Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.
· Proficiency with MS Office and Windows-based applications.
· Post-secondary construction-related education, CET, or equivalent would be considered an asset.

Salary Range: $150,000 - $190,000/year (depending on experience)
Location: Based in Mississauga, ON with projects located throughout Ontario.
