NOW HIRING: Stocking Team Associate!

As a Stocking Team Associate at Walmart, you’ll play an important role in keeping merchandise stocked, organized, and readily available for customers. You’ll work behind the scenes and on the salesfloor to ensure products are efficiently processed, accurately placed, and easy for customers to find.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process incoming freight and stock merchandise efficiently throughout assigned areas.
  • Maintain organized backroom and top-stock areas to support inventory availability.
  • Set and maintain product features, displays, and modulars according to company standards.
  • Validate and organize overstock merchandise to maximize salesfloor availability.
  • Replenish merchandise and ensure products are properly stocked and organized.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to complete stocking and merchandising tasks during assigned shifts.
  • Help ensure customers have access to the products they need by maintaining accurate and consistent merchandise availability.
