Who we are

In a world where old school soft drinks, unnecessary food waste and outdated business practices are a thing of the past, DASH is leading the healthy hydration revolution. We infuse our super tasty waters with real wonky fruit. That’s the bent, crushed, misshapen fruit that supermarkets say no to. No sugar, no sweeteners, no worries.

DASH launched in 2017 and has quickly become the market leading brand in a category that has grown over 60% YoY in the UK. DASH has an industry-leading DTC platform, and in 2026 we will sell over 56 million cans in 20+ international markets with notable retailers including: Sainsbury’s, Tesco, Waitrose, Ocado and M&S.

We are incredibly proud to say that we are a Certified B Corporation. We always intend to use our business as a force for good, and now it’s official.

  • Ensure that the production plan balances On Time In Full (OTIF), Cost and Obsolescence
  • Generate and own the 12-month rolling production plan and ownership of the internal file
  • Sign off production reconciliation ensuring accuracy of stock management tool, managing support from back-office team of Supply Planner and Processor
  • Project: Optimise operations planning cycle and develop KPIs
  • Project: conduct scenario planning to manage supply-side risks and uncertainties, run jointly with the Demand Planning Manager.
  • Escalate capacity, material or lead-time constraints through the monthly S&OP cycle whenever the plan cannot fully meet the agreed forecast.

Procurement & Inventory Management

  • Responsible for DASH's inventory of liquid ingredients, packaging and finished goods
  • Manages the outsourced co-pack operation from ideation to fulfilment
  • Own the contract process for Wonky Fruit before harvest cycle, working with Demand Planner on the forward forecast
  • Manage back office team to ensure material delivery schedules are matched to production
  • Project: Develop and report on inventory KPIs (stock cover, write-off/obsolescence %).

Co-Manufacturing

  • Lead weekly coordination call with co-manufacturer and be first point of escalation
  • Reporting of Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and production Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Project: Continuous Improvement (CI) of processes to improve efficiency

Other Assignments

  • Work closely with finance, production and logistics teams to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
  • Support the Product Manager with production and material-readiness timelines to achieve market launches of NPD.
  • Responsibility for assigned B Corp questions
  • Perform other duties as required or assigned by the management team

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
