The posting

Notre client, un ministère du secteur public québécois, recherche deux technicien(ne)s en logistique et préparation d’équipements technologiques pour un mandat de longue durée à Québec.

Vous assurez la réception, la préparation, la manutention, l’entreposage, le suivi et la distribution du matériel technologique. Vous contribuez aux opérations de remplacement, de récupération et de traçabilité des équipements.

Détails du mandat

  • Durée : 36 mois
  • Horaire : temps plein, 35 h/semaine (7 h/jour)
  • Mode de travail : 100 % en présentiel, aucun télétravail

Responsabilités

  • Manipuler, transporter et entreposer les équipements de façon sécuritaire (charges jusqu’à 25 kg) et organiser les zones de stockage
  • Nettoyer, vérifier, assembler, brancher et tester les équipements avant leur déploiement
  • Préparer et documenter les lots destinés aux équipes de soutien
  • Suivre les entrées et sorties, tenir les registres d’inventaire à jour et produire les rapports de suivi périodiques
  • Organiser le matériel pour les projets de déploiement, en coordination avec les équipes TI
  • Répondre aux demandes logistiques ponctuelles des équipes TI et des utilisateurs
  • Documenter les tâches et assurer la traçabilité complète des équipements

Environnement technologique

  • Postes de travail, portables, écrans, stations d’accueil et périphériques
  • Téléphones mobiles et équipements de visioconférence
  • Registres et outils de gestion d’inventaire, outil de gestion des services TI (GSTI)

Exigences

  • DEP ou diplôme de niveau supérieur en technologies de l’information ou dans un domaine connexe
  • Aucune expérience minimale exigée
  • Diplôme reconnu au Québec; pour un diplôme obtenu hors Québec ou hors Canada, évaluation comparative du MIFI requise
  • Maîtrise du français, à l’oral comme à l’écrit
  • Capacité physique à manipuler des charges jusqu’à 25 kg
  • Autonomie, minutie, rigueur et sens de l’organisation
  • Respect des règles, des procédures et de la confidentialité
  • Travail exécuté exclusivement au Québec
  • Consentement à une vérification de sécurité (antécédents judiciaires) avant l’entrée en fonction
  • Disponibilité pour toute la durée du mandat
