Description du poste: Services SFT est à la recherche d'un(e) travailleur(se) social(e) engagé(e) et autonome pour combler un mandat d'envergure auprès de la Direction de la protection de la jeunesse (DPJ), dans le secteur de l'Application des mesures.

Ce mandat se déroulera dans le milieu enrichissant et unique du Grand Nord québécois, basé initialement au village de Kuujjuaraapik (le village est mentionné à titre informatif et peut être modifié selon les besoins du terrain). Détails du contrat :

  • Date de début : 26 octobre 2026
  • Date de fin : 24 novembre 2026 (Disponibilité requise pour toute la durée du mandat)
  • Quart de travail : Jour
  • Type d'emploi: Temps plein
  • Exigence linguistique : Bilinguisme avancé obligatoire (anglais et français fonctionnels pour les interventions).

Responsabilités:

  • Exercer des fonctions d'évaluation, d'orientation et de suivi social dans le cadre de la Loi sur la protection de la jeunesse (LPJ).
  • Assurer la mise en œuvre et l'application des mesures correctives ou de protection ordonnées par le tribunal ou convenues par entente.
  • Intervenir en situation de crise, évaluer la sécurité et le développement des enfants et adolescents en milieu nordique.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les familles, les partenaires communautaires locaux et les équipes de santé du Nunavik.
  • Rédiger les rapports sociaux et dossiers cliniques requis selon les normes de l'Ordre et de la DPJ.

Exigences:

Pour valider votre dossier auprès de l'établissement, vous devez obligatoirement fournir les documents et informations ci-dessous :

  • Statut professionnel : Être membre en règle de l'Ordre des travailleurs sociaux et des thérapeutes conjugaux et familiaux du Québec (OTSTCFQ).
  • Langues : Maîtrise avancée du français et de l'anglais (bilinguisme testé).
  • Documents légaux : Diplômes universitaires en travail social et Plumitif pénal et municipal à jour (datant de moins de 3 mois).
  • Santé & Sécurité :
  • Certification RCR à jour.
  • Résultat de test cutané à la tuberculine (TCT) datant de moins de 2 ans.
  • Modèle, grandeur et date de votre dernier test d'ajustement de masque N95 (datant de moins de 2 ans).
  • Identité & Logistique : Permis de conduire valide accompagné d'une deuxième pièce d'identité avec photo, ainsi que votre adresse résidentielle actuelle.
