What will you be doing?

  1. Manage emails and communications
  2. Handle customer query escalations
  3. Assist with refund requests and documentation
  4. Draft reports and presentations
  5. Maintain clear and consistent communication with customers
  6. Perform general administrative duties
  7. Support customer onboarding
  8. Organize webinars, set up Zoom calls, and assist in chat during live sessions
  9. Support project managers with Circle.so content uploads, access management, and member gating
  10. Update and maintain Excel dashboards

Requirements

  1. Please submit you resume in ENGLISH
  2. Native English speaker (or at least professional level)
  3. Must be located in South America
  4. Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
  5. Customer Service experience is a must
  6. Familiarity with Defi or Crypto an added advantage
  7. Excellent Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. Google Suite, MS Excel) a must
  8. Previous working experience with Circle an added advantage.
  9. Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
  10. Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
  11. Excellent time management skills
  12. Solid organizational skills
  13. High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrator or Executive Assistant are a plus
