NYNN is a series of inspiring places for inspiring people. We handcraft unique environments and experiences, from members’ clubs to resort hotels, to entertainment gastronomies, and more. NYNN is developing a portfolio of diverse concepts in Greece with the intention to travel, initiated and bootstrapped by ENSOFI S.A., developer of Costa Navarino.

Our first concept is House of NYNN, a private lifestyle members’ club, located at The Ilisian. Spread across three levels and over 5,500 sqm, House of NYNN is designed for balance - where pleasure, work, fitness, and wellbeing come together effortlessly. Thoughtfully curated spaces include laid-back dining, vibrant bars, smart workspaces, next-gen fitness, and the largest outdoor pool in central Athens. A rich calendar of events, experiences, and entertainment that cuts through the noise, bringing together a community that moves with intention.

Our Wellness Team also supports and serves guests of Conrad Athens The Ilisian, delivering elevated experiences to both members and hotel visitors.

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for a welcoming and attentive team member with a genuine interest in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You are reliable, approachable, and confident interacting with members in a premium wellness environment.

You are eager to learn about House of NYNN’s Fitness & Wellness Philosophy and protocols, alongside Heat & Cold therapy and sauna procedures, and are motivated to develop your knowledge through training and experience.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As our Wellness Associate, you will play an active role across both the Wellness Desk and wider wellness operation, as well as the Heat & Cold area, featuring Bio, Finnish, and Steam Saunas, a Cold Plunge Pool, and Relaxation Room.

Your responsibilities will vary according to the flow and needs of the wellness floor, and will be split into the following areas:

Heat & Cold Area Operations

  • Support the day-to-day operation of the Heat & Cold area during peak wellness hours, helping to maintain a calm, safe, clean, and welcoming environment across the different spaces.
  • Learn and consistently apply House of NYNN’s wellness protocols, including Heat & Cold procedures and sauna etiquette, ensuring members and hotel guests follow the established standards and regulations.
  • Guide members and hotel guests throughout their wellness journey, addressing breaches of rules professionally and respectfully, while ensuring the overall atmosphere remains welcoming and restorative.
  • Support the development of the House of NYNN Heat & Cold programme, contributing ideas for sauna, heat, cold, and recovery experiences aligned with the club’s wellness philosophy.

Wellness Desk Support

  • Assist with daily wellness operations, including preparation and presentation of the various spaces.
  • Coordinate bookings and guest enquiries across wellness services and gym activities.
  • Prepare and serve wellness beverages, healthy refreshments, and protein-based offerings.
  • Conduct regular walkthroughs of the Wellness Level, checking changing rooms, showers, and shared spaces to ensure cleanliness and operational standards are consistently maintained.
  • Report any maintenance or housekeeping related issues to the Wellness Manager.
  • Work closely with the Wellness Team,to ensure consistent delivery of procedures, standards, and member experiences.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Greek and English, with the ability to communicate comfortably and professionally with a diverse range of guests and members.
  • Proactive and hands-on, with the flexibility to support the wider Wellness operation as required.
  • Approachable, professional, and dedicated to delivering a memorable member experience.
  • Willingness to learn about sauna procedures, Heat & Cold therapy, and holistic wellness experiences.
