Un groupe de 4 brasseries situé entre Québec et Montréal, dont le dynamisme, la bienveillance et la convivialité ne sont plus à prouver, recrute des cuisiniers.

Ce groupe familial sait créer une expérience client inoubliable dans une atmosphère décontractée et festive où chaque client peut se détendre et passer un bon moment. Les plats sont préparés avec des ingrédients de qualité, des portions généreuses à prix abordable, afin de faire découvrir des saveurs authentiques et des recettes maison savoureuses.

Tes missions consisteront à

Préparer, cuire et assaisonner les plats avec les méthodes appropriées.

  • Réaliser une recette en suivant les standards de qualité du restaurant
  • Participer à la mise en place des assiettes.
  • Effectuer la préparation des ingrédients nécessaires à la confection des plats.
  • Maintenir des normes de qualité pour la production et la présentation, en respectant le niveau des standards établis.
  • Respecter les règles de santé et de sécurité mises en place
  • Entretenir ton poste de travail et les divers outils.
  • Respecter les règles quant à la conservation des aliments, de la réception à l’assiette.
  • Réaliser toute autre tâche visant à assurer l'excellence du service à la clientèle et l'efficience des opérations (rapidité d’exécution, soucis du détail, synchronisation avec les équipes).

  • Cuisiner est une seconde nature pour toi et ton désir d’apprendre est fort.
  • Tu es travailleur, dynamique et rigoureux.
  • Tu sais rester calme en période de rush.
  • Tu as une attitude vigilante sur la détection et la prévention des aspects affectant la santé et la sécurité.
  • Tu as un vrai sens du respect et de la bienveillance.
  • Tu as un très bon esprit d’équipe et tu as envie de travailler dans une ambiance détendue, humaine et conviviale.
