Nous sommes à la recherche de mécaniciens poids lourds pour des sites situés au Québec, au sein d’une entreprise de transport spécialisée dans le vrac sec et liquide ainsi que dans le transport de matières dangereuses (produits chimiques, explosifs, etc.).

À propos de l’entreprise

Cette entreprise, comptant 500 employés, possède une flotte de 310 camions et 650 remorqueurs, avec 7 ateliers mécaniques répartis à travers le Québec. Chaque site dispose d’un chef d’atelier et d’un directeur de site qui supervisent les opérations. Il s'agit d'une entreprise de transports spécialisés (vrac liquide, vrac sec, explosif, remorques à plateaux et produits forestiers) dont les besoins en entretien mécanique sont constants et en tout temps. De jours comme de soir nous devons garantir les plages les plus flexibles d’ouverture.

Vos missions principales

En tant que mécanicien poids lourds, tu seras chargé(e) de :

• Assurer la réparation et l’entretien des véhicules lourds, incluant les camions, les remorqueurs et autres gros engins.

• Diagnostiquer et entretenir la motorisation des véhicules, les systèmes hydrauliques, pneumatiques, etc...

• Participer activement à la maintenance préventive et aux réparations pour garantir un bon fonctionnement des équipements.

Formation et accompagnement

L’entreprise propose une formation complète et adaptée à chaque employé pour maîtriser nos outils spécifiques. Tu auras accès à un soutien continu au sein de l’atelier pour te familiariser rapidement avec les tâches demandées.

Horaires et conditions de travail

• Poste à temps plein : 40h/semaine du lundi au vendredi.

• Poste de soir ou de nuit en fonction des besoins. Horaires décalés possibles pour répondre aux urgences si besoin.
