Nous recrutons des préposé(e)s aux bénéficiaires / aide-soignant(e)s pour travailler au sein de résidences pour personnes âgées au Québec.

Vos missions

Le bien-être des patients sont au cœur des priorités avec les missions suivantes :

- Distribution et préparation des médicaments

- Prise de glycémie et injections d’insuline

- Aide aux déplacements, levées et couchées

- Assistance aux toilettes, douches et bains

- Changement de culottes d’incontinence

- Ménage, lavage, vaisselle, entretien des chambres

- Service des repas

- Rapports journaliers et formulaires (accidents, incidents, glycémie, etc.)

- Présence et accompagnement des résidents au quotidien

- Autres tâches connexes liées aux soins et au confort des résidents

Ce que nous recherchons :

- Diplôme dans le domaine de la santé OU minimum 2 à 3 ans d’expérience comme aide-soignant(e)

- Adaptabilité, autonomie et attitude positive sont essentielles. Personnalité et savoir-être priment autant que l’expérience

- Français obligatoire, anglais est un atout

Ce que nous proposons :

- Contrat de 2 ans avec possibilité de renouvelé si vous avez fait vos preuves

- Temps plein : 40h/semaine

- Salaire de base 21.60$/h et selon la résidence des primes s'appliquent comme la prime de soir et/ou de nuit selon le quart de travail + prime RSN(administration de la médication)

- Accompagnement logement et prise en charge des démarches du permis de travail

- Équipe bienveillante et cadre de travail stimulant
