Key Responsibilities:

El/la Coordinador/a de proyectos de repuesta humanitaria tiene la responsabilidad de implementar, en altos estándares, el proyecto de respuesta y asistencia humanitaria mediante fondos de El Fondo Humanitario Regional para América Latina y el Caribe (RHPF LAC). Gestiona la implementación del proyecto en cumplimiento con las política y lineamientos del donante y de las organizaciones implementadoras; así como los Marcos de Programación Integrada y las políticas institucionales. Desde su rol, articula con los coimplementadores, el donante, las comunidades, socios locales, organizaciones de base e iglesias con enfoque territorial, fortaleciendo alianzas e incidencia local para lograr resultados técnicos, operativos y financieros sostenibles. Fortalece el posicionamiento de World Vision Honduras como referente técnico, impulsando innovación, calidad programática y alianzas para mejorar la resiliencia comunitaria y el bienestar infantil con énfasis en los más vulnerables.

Requisitos:

Formación académica

  • Título universitario en Desarrollo Rural, Ingeniería Agronómica, Ingeniería Ambiental, Ciencias Sociales, Trabajo Social, Desarrollo Internacional, Administración de Empresas, Gestión de Proyectos o carreras afines.
  • Deseable especialización o diplomados en Gestión de Proyectos, Acción Humanitaria, Gestión del Riesgo, Seguridad Alimentaria o Desarrollo Comunitario.

Experiencia requerida

  • Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en coordinación o gerencia de proyectos financiados por cooperación internacional.
  • Experiencia comprobada liderando proyectos de ayuda humanitaria, recuperación temprana o resiliencia comunitaria.
  • Experiencia en gestión de proyectos relacionados con seguridad alimentaria, medios de vida, agua, saneamiento e higiene (WASH) y protección.
  • Experiencia en la administración y seguimiento de presupuestos, control financiero y elaboración de reportes para donantes.
  • Experiencia en monitoreo, evaluación, medición de resultados e indicadores de proyectos.
  • Experiencia comprobada en coordinación con gobiernos locales, municipalidades y estructuras comunitarias como CODEM, COMAS, UTMAS y USCL.
  • Experiencia en procesos de transferencias monetarias o programas Cash and Voucher Assistance (CVA) será altamente valorada.
  • Experiencia en liderazgo y supervisión de equipos multidisciplinarios.
