Visión Mundial Honduras Vacante: Coordinador(a) de Proyecto

Visión Mundial es una organización cristiana de desarrollo, ayuda humanitaria e incidencia, dedicada a trabajar con niñas, niños, familias y comunidades para superar la pobreza y la injusticia.

Ubicación: La Paz

Propósito del puesto Coordinar la planificación, implementación, monitoreo y cierre del proyecto asegurando el cumplimiento de objetivos, presupuesto y compromisos con el donante, en beneficio del bienestar de la niñez y sus comunidades.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Elaborar y dar seguimiento al plan operativo, cronograma y presupuesto del proyecto.
  • Coordinar y supervisar al equipo técnico, brindando acompañamiento y retroalimentación continua.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de los requisitos del donante y de las políticas internas de Visión Mundial.
  • Dar seguimiento a los indicadores y presentar informes técnicos y financieros en tiempo y forma.
  • Mantener coordinación con socios locales, gobiernos municipales, líderes comunitarios e instituciones públicas.
  • Aplicar los estándares de protección de la niñez y salvaguarda en todas las actividades.
  • Identificar riesgos y proponer acciones correctivas oportunas.

Requisitos

  • Título universitario en [Ciencias Sociales, Administración, Ingeniería, Desarrollo o carrera afín].
  • Deseable maestría en gestión de proyectos, desarrollo o área afín.
  • Mínimo [3] años de experiencia en coordinación de proyectos de desarrollo o cooperación internacional.
  • Experiencia en manejo de presupuestos e informes para donantes.
  • Conocimiento de marco lógico, monitoreo y evaluación.
  • Manejo de Microsoft Office (Excel intermedio o avanzado).
  • Disponibilidad para viajar a las comunidades del área de intervención.
  • Licencia de conducir vigente (deseable).
  • Inglés [nivel], deseable.
