  • Drive the identification and implementation of ICT solutions supporting upstream oil and gas waste management operations, including field operations, drilling support, waste tracking, remote-site connectivity, asset management, maintenance and HSE reporting.
  • Support technology requirements for hazardous waste management, including waste tracking, transportation monitoring, treatment and disposal documentation, compliance reporting and operational performance monitoring.
  • Coordinate business requirements for enterprise systems, including ERP applications, finance, procurement, HR, document management, business intelligence and management reporting.
  • Represent business stakeholders throughout the ICT project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and project initiation to implementation, testing, acceptance and handover.

  • Facilitate user acceptance testing, business readiness, user training and change management to ensure successful adoption of implemented solutions.
  • Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, change requests and expected business benefits, escalating significant delivery challenges where necessary.
  • Support procurement activities relating to ICT solutions, including preparation of RFPs, vendor evaluations, commercial assessments and contract negotiations.
  • Monitor ICT vendor performance against contractual obligations, service-level agreements, costs, service quality and delivery commitments.
  • Identify opportunities to optimise software licensing, technology support costs, vendor contracts and overall ICT expenditure.
  • Monitor ICT service performance, user satisfaction, system adoption and recurring business-impacting issues while driving continuous improvement.
  • Track post-implementation benefits to ensure technology investments deliver anticipated operational efficiencies, cost savings and business improvements.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the ICT strategy, annual technology roadmap, operating budget and investment priorities.
  • Ensure proposed and implemented ICT solutions comply with approved technology architecture, cybersecurity policies, data protection requirements and applicable legal and regulatory standards.
  • Work closely with Finance, Procurement, HR, HSE, Legal, Internal Audit and operational teams to ensure technology solutions support effective business processes, internal controls and regulatory compliance.
  • Prepare periodic management reports covering ICT demand, project delivery, expenditure, vendor performance, service levels, risks and realised business benefits.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
