Job Description

The PR Lead is responsible for shaping and protecting WOROOD's public image, building meaningful relationships with media and influencers, and ensuring consistent brand communication across Egypt, KSA, GCC ,USA other priority markets.

Work Model: Hybrid

Location: New Cairo

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and execute the annual PR and communications strategy in line with brand and business objectives.

· Lead PR campaigns for launches, collections, events, collaborations, and brand announcements.

· Build and maintain relationships with fashion editors, journalists, stylists, influencers, celebrities, and industry partners.

· Manage press releases, media pitches, interview opportunities, press kits, and gifting activities.

· Create and maintain regional media and influencer databases.

· Secure relevant earned-media coverage and monitor the quality and sentiment of brand mentions.

· Lead influencer and celebrity relations, including outreach, negotiation, agreements, deliverables, usage rights, and reporting.

· Manage PR agencies and external suppliers, ensuring clear briefs, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

· Coordinate guest lists, invitations, press attendance, interviews, and media coverage for brand events and fashion shows.

· Prepare communication plans and official responses during sensitive situations or brand crises.

· Ensure all external communication reflects WOROOD's luxury positioning and tone of voice.

· Collaborate closely with Marketing, social media, Content, E-commerce, Retail, and Customer Care teams.

· Track campaign performance and prepare monthly and post-campaign PR reports.

· Manage the PR budget and ensure spending delivers measurable brand value.

· Stay updated on fashion, luxury, modest-wear, cultural, and media trends.

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Media, or a related field.

· 5–7 years of relevant PR experience, preferably within fashion, luxury, beauty, or lifestyle.

· Proven experience leading campaigns, launches, events, and influencer partnerships.

· Strong media and influencer network in Egypt; GCC experience is a strong advantage.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.

· Strong negotiation, presentation, crisis-management, and relationship-building skills.

· Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.

· Strong understanding of paid versus organic content usage, licensing, approvals, and creator rights.

· Comfortable managing budgets, contracts, agencies, and campaign reporting.
