Job Summary

The Senior Storekeeper is responsible for supervising and coordinating daily warehouse activities within the fashion industry, ensuring the accurate receipt, inspection, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and dispatch of fashion products. The role ensures inventory accuracy by SKU, style, color, and size, maintains proper warehouse organization, monitors team performance, and ensures compliance with company procedures, operational standards, and delivery deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations and assign tasks to warehouse agents.

* Ensure accurate receiving, inspection, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching of fashion products.

* Monitor stock movements and maintain accurate inventory records in the WMS or ERP system.

* Conduct cycle counts and physical stocktaking, investigate discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.

* Ensure proper product identification and organization by SKU, style, color, and size.

* Monitor order fulfillment accuracy, team productivity, and adherence to operational KPIs.

* Coordinate with Supply Chain, Inventory Control, E-commerce, Retail, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth operations.

* Manage returns, damaged goods, stock transfers, and inventory adjustments according to company procedures.

* Maintain warehouse housekeeping, safety standards, and efficient space utilization.

* Prepare daily operational reports and escalate stock variances, process issues, and operational risks to management.

Required Competencies

Leadership, inventory control, attention to detail, problem-solving, team coordination, time management, communication skills, and proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
