Contract Manager 80-100%

Ce poste peut être basé dans l'un de nos bureaux (Lausanne, Genève, Zürich ou Berne..) à convenir avec la personne sélectionnée.

Dans ce rôle, vous rejoindrez une équipe pluridisciplinaire qui incarne les valeurs fondamentales de notre entreprise : solidarité, passion pour les projets complexes et de grande envergure, esprit d'innovation et convivialité.

VOTRE NOUVEAU RÔLE :

  • Analyser les contrats : Vérifier les offres et projets de contrats pour s’assurer qu’ils couvrent les aspects commerciaux essentiels et protègent les intérêts de WSP
  • Soutenir les équipes projet pendant les phases d’offre et exécution: Présenter les principales clauses contractuelles pour garantir une bonne compréhension des droits et obligations. Soutenir la préparation d'offres en analysant les conditions contractuelles et commerciales, en identifiant les risques et opportunités, et en proposant des mesures de limitation des risques. Soutenir les équipes de projets en cas de contentieux avec les mandants
  • Gérer la communication contractuelle : Rédiger les courriers liés au contrat (notifications, avenants, réclamations) et participer aux réunions de négociation
  • Maintenir la documentation : Organiser et mettre à jour les archives contractuelles et les documents du projet
  • Collaborer avec le juridique : Travailler avec les équipes légales sur les sujets sensibles ou complexes liés aux contrats
  • Accompagner les équipes projet : Définir la stratégie pour les demandes de rémunération complémentaires et apporter un soutien contractuel face aux revendications des entreprises ou maîtres d’ouvrage
  • Évaluer la performance en fin de projet et proposer des axes d’amélioration
  • Contribuer à la mise en place de processus et de modèles

ET SI C'ÉTAIT VOUS ?

  • Diplôme universitaire, idéalement un Master
  • Minimum 10 ans d’expérience professionnelle en tant que Contract manager et/ou Directeur de projets de construction avec idéalement des connaissances des normes SIA et KBOB
  • Compétences rédactionnelles pour la communication contractuelle et participation aux négociations
  • Sens de l'organisation, rigueur, autonomie et proactivité
  • Personnalité ouverte et curieuse, animée par le désir de collaborer au sein d’un environnement international et multiculturel
  • Excellentes aptitudes relationnelles, avec une forte motivation à travailler en synergie avec des équipes variées
  • Connaissances en français
  • Excellentes connaissances en allemand et/ou en anglais (oral et écrit)
